“Hi I had a seven hour delay didn't realise I could claim until I read something and clicked the link I applied in August and recieved my refund in November was pleased with outcome the only thing I wasn't sure of was the cost of air delay would take many thanks”

“We are extremely pleased with services provided by your company. After being told it was down to "exceptional",services by the airline themselves,we didn't think we would pursue it on our own as they attempt to make it appear the end of the road. But air delay took the matter to court and won our case. I highly recommend anyone not to give up easily because the word "exceptional circumstances" can be used for many instances and had it not been for air delay we wouldn't be in receipt of a cheque for over £600. Many thanks Mrs Joyce from doncaster.”

“I DIDNT REALLY THINK I WOULD GET ANY WHERE WITH MY CLAIM, SO I WAS TOTALLY SURPRISED WHEN I RECIEVED THE PHONE CALL SAYING THAT I WOULD BE RECIEVING COMPENSATION, VERY PLEASED.”
