“Our Air delay was annoying at the time as we were just going away for a few days. When I got home I got in touch with the airline, complaining about our delay and enquiring about compensation. The airline did not reply to me. I therefore went through 'Air Delay' who applied on our behalf and eventually obtained compensation for myself and my wife, for which we are grateful. I am convinced that if we waited for some response from the airline, we would still be waiting and would have got nothing.”

“I filled out a simple for from Air Delay and left it to them. Approximately 3 months later I got around half the fare back after air delay took there commission. Didn't expect to get as much but might have got less if I had felt with it myself. Well Pleased.”

“I Have been in correspondence with Jet 2 for years over this claim and they have always denied responsibility. After you took up my case it was resolved to my satisfaction with a successful payout after a minimum time. Without your help this matter would have never have been resolved and cant thank your company enough. A great service and have already recommended you services to others if they are unfortunate enough to be delayed. Once again many thanks.”
