“Hilton hotel at East Midlands airport was hard to find even with sat-nav. Once there everything was good, from reception, room, transfer to airport, pick up on return, would recommend.”
“Unfortunately the pick up from the airport on return was not smooth, there was an issue with getting the taxi to us and I waited with a 2 year old for around 45 mnutes. The hotel staff however were helpful however I expected to be collected quicker at 2am in the morning after a long flight”
“Great stay well taken care of hotel staff really helpful and friendly. Only wish you had car parking and lift to airport at your hotel lifting the cases up on to the racking on buses at jet 2 plus bit much for us luckily a passenger helped us which was very kind of him.”
“Checked in late at night. Staff very pleasant and helpful. We has an early flight so up at 4am. Breakfast lovely. Toast, cereals, ham, cheese and I'm sure there were other things but to be honest this was sufficient for us. Tea and coffee. You could have as much as you wanted. All self service. Staff just as lovely and helpful on checkout although it was an ungodly hour. Would stay again. Very good value for money.”
“In previous holidays I've booked hotels which kept my car secure on their site. I was not impressed by the arrangements to stay in the Travelodge and then have to drive early in the morning to a parking site (which was fine) to leave my car. I won't use this service again for future holidays”

“Directions to the hotel were vague so we had difficulty finding it. When we did arrive at the hotel at 23.00hrs, they had no record of our booking as the details had not been submitted from airhotels. Due to the time we were unable to contact airhotels. Fortunately the hotel night manager was very helpful and after sometime was able to book us in without us having to pay again. This was very inconvenient as we had an early start. The night manager then had to pass on this information to the day staff who then contacted air hotels to rectify the error.”
