“When I booked 2 rooms with parking I expected 2 car park spaces. If I had booked them individually I would have had that. Not happy when I phoned. Booked my own space at airport

“The money was taken from my bank account twice & the Hotel did not have our booking when we arrived and so we were given a room with twin beds instead of a double. Not a good start to the holiday.”
“The parking was a complete shambles. The machines to check in did not work properly so had to wait for help to do it another way. On return keys had to be collected from the assistant machines were not working. The assistant was on the phone and a whole bus load of people were forced to wait for their keys.”
