“In previous holidays I've booked hotels which kept my car secure on their site. I was not impressed by the arrangements to stay in the Travelodge and then have to drive early in the morning to a parking site (which was fine) to leave my car. I won't use this service again for future holidays”
“Directions to the hotel were vague so we had difficulty finding it. When we did arrive at the hotel at 23.00hrs, they had no record of our booking as the details had not been submitted from airhotels. Due to the time we were unable to contact airhotels. Fortunately the hotel night manager was very helpful and after sometime was able to book us in without us having to pay again. This was very inconvenient as we had an early start. The night manager then had to pass on this information to the day staff who then contacted air hotels to rectify the error.”
“The room was clean and the main bed was ok but the second bed, which was a sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. There were big springs sticking in us all night. The breakfast was beneficial too as it was served from 4 am & we needed to set of at 4:15am! I would recommend the hotel if there are only two people staying but not for a family due to beds.”
“Need to be clear to people how far the hotel us from the airport. At least 1/4 of a mile. Free bus required which runs when the airport is open.
