In the end, you delivered on the refund from the airline. However, along the way I was uncertain if your company was legitimate and was hesitant to upload my passport information.
Is there some way to provide more assurances that the service is reputable?

Filling out the form was easy if you have all the info to hand. The only down side was BA not playing ball and it took 10 months when I know poeple on the same flight recieved compensation within hours using Air Advisor. Ended up with 50% compensation, 50% is better than nothing. I would use this service again.
