“I have to say that Aircall is a breath of fresh air. I had used other phone systems (such as TalkDesk) and it was very limiting - as far as cross-app integration, basic features and locations that I could dial to. Plus, the audio quality was horrible through a USB to USB-C Adapter, which I need to use with my Macbook, since it doesn't have normal USB ports. None of the issues that I had with my other phone systems are a factor with Aircall and I'm mad that we didn't use this system sooner. No complaints here!”

“Call quality and connectivity are good. But there issues if we call a specific region. For Asian countries, connectivity is taking quite some time.”

“Worked very well for my team that makes a heavy amount of outbound calls (100 per day). Call quality was mostly great, a little hiccup here and there, but could have also been the headsets. User friendly, but took a little practice to use the Admin features. Paul Walker was excellent as a sales rep-answered all of my emails in a very timely matter, spent lots of time walking me through and responding to questions.”

“Aircall is a great tool that allows me to contact my database leads. I do love the option to write notes while on the call and it automatically shares over to the actually account. I do highly recommend this tool to others.”

“Aircall has been very serviceable. It would be nice to have a more customizable interface. Being able to create your own setup would be beneficial. But other than that, I have generally had good quality calls. Inbound calls are difficult in our current setup.”
