Air call is very user friendly. You can access calls and download recordings with ease.

I have been using Aircall to make calls within US, UK or Australia and it never disappoint. The voice were clear. I can go back and listen to my recordings. I can manage my handling time. I can call unlimited. I can do so much in just 1 simple app.

Aircall is the best tool to follow up with clients, supliers and partners. It's interaction qith other project managment tools, allow groups to efectively control every call and issue.

Aircall is an effective program and works well to manage and sort the calls for the company that I work for, but at times, it freezes on our devices. We also have some issues with our missed call stats not being accurate, and have had to talk to reps on several occasions.

As a new user of web-based calling programs, I have used a few and rate Aircall top of the pile. I like the integration with SalesForce. I'd love to see a redial button.

I usually have a great time using Aircall and I have noticed more stability throughout the years (I started using it over 2 years ago), giving regular feedback through the app greatly helps reducing the number of issues as well. While I do have the occasional issue with the Zendesk integration, I'd recommend it, it's rather instinctive in its setup and clear.

Overall experience with aircall was very good. Good sound quality, it is easy to find lost calls and you can also see useful information about all calls. What I would prefer more is to be able to save phone numbers with the name of the caller.

Amazing stuff, great team, revolutionary system ! Very good. But my quote is only good because of the quality of the sound. When a customer call, he should hear a crystal sound. And the quality of recording stay very bad actually. Except that, I'm 100% happy with Aircall

Aircall has good features, It is the plattform I am using in my company for contact over 17 countries around america and Europe, soon Asia. It is very helpful tool.

Aircall has been a great resource to our company. We use it daily and its been awesome having the ability to have the coaching feature. When I started my boss was able to listen in to my sales calls and coach me through. I have really enjoyed using Aircall!
