“The blocked numbers are a bit of a pain and the Salesforce integration is great but it's irritating that the Desktop App rings at the same time as the Salesforce Integrated App”

“I really like Aircall. The quality of calls is always good. I love how you can select the country you're calling and it inserts the correct country code etc. Haven't had any problems with it thus far.”

“very easy to use and the team have been great at fixing bugs which were an issue in the past. The issues are a slight delay on phone calls which can lead to sometimes talking over clients, also unless there is a very good internet signal it isnt really usable.”

“Aircall is extremely useful for our buisness and has great features to help us log calls to our CRM system. we have experienced downfalls in signal strength and occasional glitches in the system but as a whole, it has been an extremely useful product”

“I use Aircall for business calls from my laptop. It's intuitive to use and offers a good connection. I find it great that Aircall recognises countries and even time zones when you input a local number. Use of headphones is a must for a good experience.”
