Aircall makes life for me and my team so much easier. Our team works remotely and each member can choose to have their phones ring into their laptops, a headset, or directly to their cell phones. This is a great option for teams whose members each have specific needs. We have minimal interruptions in service and the support team is always prompt if any issues arise.

Works pretty well, although has several areas for improvement. Would like to be able receive calls while I'm on the line, so I can see who is calling me while I'm on pitches. Also need to utilize texting, but overall, the service is pretty good. Also the beta version is much better than the old version.

Setting up hunt groups and call forwarding is a huge benefit for are company and with Aircalls system everything is working better than expected. Sarah was also wonderful to work with and helped us thru the whole process we are extremely happy with the service
