“Aircall is very practical as directly linked to the CRM and everything is recorded - super useful in case you didn't get the phone number or spelling or a word correctly! It recognizes the contact of the account and you can write the note directly, which saves a lot of time!”

“It's better than the previous update, because previously it keeps on hanging up, loading, logging me out, and I hear a ring but no way for me to answer it since yung app is not responding, but now it runs smoothly, performs better and giving me all what I need. I could simply call my clients at no ease, sometimes line broke up but immediately refresh and load again so I dont need to worry anymore. and also it give me time to do other stuff while waiting for next meeting and not to worry if my app is running or not. I can definitely rely onto this app now. Kudos to the developer and people behind fixing the bug”

“I have to say that Aircall is a breath of fresh air. I had used other phone systems (such as TalkDesk) and it was very limiting - as far as cross-app integration, basic features and locations that I could dial to. Plus, the audio quality was horrible through a USB to USB-C Adapter, which I need to use with my Macbook, since it doesn't have normal USB ports. None of the issues that I had with my other phone systems are a factor with Aircall and I'm mad that we didn't use this system sooner. No complaints here!”

“Aircall is a great tool that allows me to contact my database leads. I do love the option to write notes while on the call and it automatically shares over to the actually account. I do highly recommend this tool to others.”
