We help make travel accessible by allowing anyone to book a flight for only a fraction of the cost upfront and pay the rest in installments before departure.

With no need for the full ticket cost up front or a credit check, you can book your flight when the cost is low and not worry about constantly checking your accounts against the flight prices. If you encounter any issues, we have a friendly team on board to provide you one-on-one support. Our team offers you the flexibility and compassion you need when sometimes life doesn’t.

Hi Stanley, we appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. Yes, booking through Airfordable is slightly more expensive than buying a ticket outright because of our service fee. However, using Airfordable and paying our service fee allows you to book your flight for a deposit and pay it off in installments over time before you fly. Most of our customers feel the value and flexibility of being able to budget payments for their flight over time and locking in fares early when they are historically cheaper is worth the service fee.

“The payments were easy to make and all of that was great but the customer service was horrible. I used the live chat and spoke to two different people who took quite a while to get back to me. In addition to that, I didn't get the seats that I originally asked for. I was given basic economy when I asked and tried to pay for very specific seats. Somewhere along the line, there was some miscommunication and I tried to fix that but I wasn't given much help by the people I spoke to.”

Hi Krystal, thanks for leaving a review and sharing your honest feedback. I apologize that you were unable to get a refund on your booking. We see you selected a Basic Economy fare. Unfortunately, the airline doesn't allow itinerary changes, credits or refunds for these restricted fares. For future travels, it is recommended you select less restrictive and/or refundable fares if you want more flexibility. These fares typically cost more at the time of booking. You can always reach out to our booking team before booking if you have questions about what a fare allows.
