“This would now be my 4th flight I’ve booked through Airfordable (all international from the US). I had one minor mixup with one flight… which resulted in an unexpected price increase but it was communicated to me promptly. I’ve reached out to customer service via email with minor questions regarding my reservations on different occasions and I was always responded to PROMPTLY (sometimes within minutes) with answers and/or solutions (shouts out to Samantha!!) I travel often and this is definitely a game changer. I love the flexible payment options and easy to use app. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED This is a great service that i will continue to use!”

However, please note that airlines generally do not allow changes to passenger details, so it’s crucial to double-check your information at the time of booking. Regarding flight changes, these depend on the fare class selected. Each fare class details what's included and what restrictions may apply and it is your responsibility to select one that works best for your needs. For optimal flexibility in the future, we recommend selecting a flexible fare class or a refundable fare which allows the most flexibility.

“Love it and very convenient! Ms. Samantha was quick to respond back to all my questions and gave a detailed description of navigating the mobile app with my trips. I even told my mom about the app as well. As soon as your trip is paid off, everything is all set. You can pick your seats ASAP! Flying made easy :)”
