“The whole experience was perfect in every way as far as you are concerned...BUT THERE IS INADEQUATE LAST MINUTE SIGNAGE AS TO WHERE THE ENTRANCE TO THE T2 MULTI-STOREY CAR PARK ACTUALLY IS!!! WE WENT ROUND SEVERAL TIMES...BUT OF COURSE WE WILL KNOW NEXT TIME.”
“I haven't had any problems before, but when I was leaving the carpark this time, the ticket machine said I owed money! I pressed the button for assistance and explained I had booked and paid on line...He asked for my surname, then opened the barrier. So all was well...It just gave me a little fright at first. Always best to take your booking ref with you, so you have some back up if things go wrong.”
