“The staff were helpful at Airparks but as we were delayed through no fault of our own we thought the extra charge for holding the car an extra 12 hours far too excessive!!!! It was more than we paid for 3 days parking!!!!”

“Booking was fine, but when i left the carpark it told me is had £198 to pay. when i went to the helpdesk they had no record of the booking and took ages to sort it out. i had just come off a 9 hour flight and was standing in th cold and the rain while it was sorted out.”
