“I cut a lot of plywood and for that the filters are sub par. They clogged up pretty quickly. The combined filter is not manufactured the best. They pack it well during shipping but the metal is usually bent in some way or the metal rivets interfere and do not allow the pre- filters to be inserted or removed easily. I have a cyclone unit and a matte filter on top of the pre-filter and the hepa filter and I still need a mask and proper ventilation in order to use the unit for production use. Filters are very pricey to replace and It I wait for Bofa unit light to tell me the filters are getting clogged then it’s already to late. At that point. You might as replace all the filters at once.”

“I called and left a voice message and left my cell phone number and after a few day of not getting any response I called again and received a mailbox full message. I then sent a message from the website two days later and up to now I have received no response. It might be they are overwhelm with the current health situation, I hope they respond because I can use this filter but if they do not respond in the next day I will have to contact my Credit card company to get my money back.”

As mentioned in other review replies, we had a phone issue which has been corrected and yes we have been overwhelmed for a few days. Most units ship direct from the manufacturer and we send those tracking numbers as soon as we receive them. So definitely not a scam, sorry it seemed that way to you. Also--many manufacturers have delays right now getting parts which has caused a few delays in shipping, tracking, etc.
