“I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. Still have not received my air purifier or a tracking number. Called and left a voicemail a few days ago and no one returned my call. I called today and that mailbox is now full. Spend your money elsewhere this site seems like a scam”

So sorry. We had a phone issue that has now been fixed. There are no scams here, just a couple of days being overloaded and a phone issue. Many of our suppliers are experiencing delays in getting parts and since we ship directly from the manufacturer, and that is creating a few delays.
