When I emailed, I was given a non-active tracking number. It says the label was created Sep 28th, but it has not yet shipped. I'm really concerned with the credibility of this business and that I've just lost $330.”
Hello! We ship direct from the manufacturer who has been severely overloaded and so has your local UPS center, which is delaying pickups as well. I am so sorry, but we have no control over when they are able to ship, but we do send tracking as soon as we receive it from the manufacturer.
