“My experience with Airwallex has been almost through Anna Ersezer. So i suppose this is a review of her. I've found her to be OUTSTANDING. She is above all helpful, but that is made especially good because she is knowledgable. She is also an excellent communicator, has excellent follow-up and is very tuned in to the specific needs I've had. All in all i think she is a remarkable operator.”

“Airwallex has been easy to set up and quickly become a key portal for our small business to receive in and pay out in USD transactions. It's taken away the loss of foreign currency exchange and extra charges we've had from having to pay USD subscriptions via our AUD bank account (Shopify, 3rd party inventory system and email marketing platform). Have already recommended to my consulting clients and my own business advisor to share with his client base of ecommerce business owners. Highly recommend and excellent customer service & onboarding experience.”

“Airwallex has been great, the platform is easy to do what you need it to do. Airwallex even helps you to get used to their platform, so you don't just open an account and expect to work things out yourself. Also, their conversion rates are transparent so you know exactly what you are paying. Really happy with my account.”

“Overall our experience with AirWallex has been very positive. From getting our account setup to the easy user interface to manage bank accounts and multi-currency transfers. Happy with the functionality so far and it is great that it connects seemslessly to Xero. The fees are very competitive, if not the lowest that I have seen.”

“I have dealt with many online business banking solutions as a director of a start up. I faced a lot of stumbling blocks in making the traditional banking system work for my business. Airwallex solves all those problems, in fact they are customer focussed and go out of the way to solve your problems to do 2 things (apart from many others): -One to make your cross boarder payments and online business transaction as smooth as possible -Secondly to reduce your cost in doing above by doing there magic! and truly as a customer it seems so easy that you will not believe it. Debbie has been amazing in making time for me as my account manager and answered all my questions. She has also re-assuared me that I will not be alone in my journey which as a new business means alot to me. I look forward to making a long lasting business relationship with Airwallex. They are highly highly recommended !!”

“It has been a relatively new experience for us, what I mean by that is, actual amazing customer service from a bank!!! Not just amazing customer service, but extremely attentive to requests that require urgent attention. From day one, reaching out requesting to set up an online meeting to ensure we understood the platform. Couldn't be happier, specially with all the e-com integrations... Highly recommend!”
