“Still waiting for my order way past delivery date. Phone number for customer service is not valid. I really wanted to purchase more items but won't at this point.”

Generally speaking, the order will be sent out within 7 business days from the day you place it, and for pre-orders it needs 14-21 business days on processing. “Pat Gradin I felt like the sizes were wrong, the material was thin and cheap, wanted to return items, was told I would be sent return information that was Oct 9, 2020 it is now Dec 5 and haven't heard a word. I also find it interesting that all the bad reviews all have the same complaint. All the good reviews all say the opposite. I would not buy from them again.”

“Bought the most beautiful and cozy pair of boots! I will use them this chrismas. I'm not used to buy shoes online since I tend to have wide feet, but this pair of boots were on sale and I decided to give it a try. They also offer a coupon code for your first order!”

“Loved my new boots! I'm not gonna lie, I was really hesitant at first since I'm not used to buy shoes online, however, this pair of boots were on sale, so I took the risk and fortunately IT WAS WORTH IT! The boots are super cozy and will be a wonderful fit for this winter!!!”
