Hola Maria, En cuanto al reembolso, si pagó con tarjeta, el reembolso se devolverá a la cuenta que utilizó para pagar el pedido en un plazo de 7 a 15 días hábiles, dependiendo del tiempo de procesamiento bancario. Si pagó con su cuenta PayPal directamente, el reembolso volverá a la cuenta que utilizó para pagar inmediatamente una vez procesado, mientras que la recepción del reembolso tardará unos 30 días si pagó con una tarjeta de crédito a través de PayPal, según el tiempo de procesamiento bancario. ¿Podría decirnos su número de pedido para que podamos comunicarnos con usted lo antes posible?
