“I ordered this amazing fur coat that was flowing in the picture and when I received it it looked nothing like the picture and was way to small for the size it was suppose to be i had such a difficult time trying to return it i just gave up very disappointed in this company”

“Tilasin 4 puseroa. Kahdessa mitat ihan pielessä ja yhdessä materiaali jotain ihan muuta kuin puuvillaa. Vaatteet haisivat pahalle. Yritän palauttaa niistä 2 täysin kelvotonta puseroa, mutta eihän siellä palautelomakkeet tietenkään toimi. En suosittele. Tuotteet eivät todellakaan vastaa kuvaa. Asiakaspalveluun en saa yhteyttä.”

“I bought 6 dresses and 1 pair of sandals as gifts. Im ashamed to give these to anyone. Im afraid I wouldn't wear one of these flimsy, thin see-through dresses to be called anything but a lady. So sorry. I hate returning merchandise also. So here they sit in plastic zipper bags. First of all, I was looking for website of Steinmart because they were going out of business. It appeared to be their site. Then upon check out I found Airy Dress. I took a chance anyway though I felt I'd been tricked after spending so much time shopping. Site imitated my usual SM store. All merchandise fit into a 7x15x12 box 6 dresses and sandals. Again you get what you pay for!”

“Absolute con! I have never had such terrible service. I never received my order. I long for the day I can actually go to a shop and buy exactly what I want and don’t have to endure endless on line to and fro!!!”

“I cannot find my original review, which was 3 stars. I was very unhappy with the sizes of the 4 tops I ordered. I agree that materials are not of a high standard, but AIRYCLOTH was caring, and actually paid me back a considerable amount, which is already in my bank account. I will, however, have to give the oversized tops to charity as they cannot be successfully altered. I would suggest to AIRYCLOTH that they check on their sizing tips, and make their clothes look more like they really are -- we see these beautiful garments online, but the real thing is not nearly as attractive. However, I appreciate their concern and them getting in touch with me after my first review. ZURI”

“T shirt has one sleeve longer than the other!! Should have known better as it was cheap. You get what you pay for. I won't even bother trying to return it as it will cost too much. Lesson learnt.”

“The item was supposed to be a coat. Material is so thin and a weird sticky feeling mess that does not fit. Item is NOTHING like picture. I have been trying to return and the site wont take my information. Do not order from this company its a scam!!!”

“First thing that happened was a dodgy email re the delivery and although I cancelled my card I did get scammed, however Airydress did send me a concise timeline which was very helpful. The parcel was delivered ok but I emailed them as I felt that their company had been infiltrated. I hope they are investigating. Meanwhile I love the top, fits a treat and is very smart although it was advertised as cotton but is it clearly synthetic. Couple of threads are loose but otherwise all good. What concerns me is the lack of labels, none. Just a small one denoting M for medium. Now I have read the reviews I won’t entertain them again but just wanted to get it out there that I do like my top and it fits fine and looks good.”

“Wish I could leave 0 stars for this scammer company. Ordered a COTTON BLEND dress and received a cheap and nasty, sticky, plasticky, staticcy, synthetic. It is unwearable. And as it's not got any cotton in it, I can't even use it for a cleaning rag.”

“I have just received my two dresses, I can’t believe how bad they both are, I don’t think they would be allowed to trade in uk as trade descriptions act would close them down, the fabric is cheap and nasty the cut is just an a,line style wouldn’t even use fabric to make dolls clothes .”

“I would not buy from this site ever again! Clothes look really good on photos, but received my three items and have to say it was a big disappointment very poor quality fabric, sizing was all wrong, ordered medium but looked like 2 sizes bigger than medium. Returns are really difficult and very time consuming, a total waste of money, will be donating to charity.”

“Unlike many of these reviews, I am happy with my dress. I didn't expect "top quality ", not at this price! Dress looks the same as advert and fits well. Nice colour and perfect length for me. So often the cheaper clothing always cut back on the length in skirts & dresses! Only criticism no label inside giving washing instructions or type of material. Still can't expect everything at these low prices! Order no 2726409757”

“Couldn’t get anywhere on line to return a small jumper that was extra large but says small on the label I received it with no order number therefore cannot fill out form on line it’s disgusting how much stress this has caused me. I will have to go to my credit card provider to report a fraud .”

“Re my order 035678731623. I have received the 5 clothing items I ordered. None of them match anything like the advertisement photos. Also, I am an experienced sewer and know the fabrics used are poor quality. My laptop security now lists this company as a scam. I want a full refund.”
