I made a mistake when choosing sizes and customer service rep. submitted a request to update the size before it was shipped :) i'm from UK and i got it delivered within 6 business days :) very happy with my purchase! i am not waiting for christmas deals!

Items received are of poor quality & look nothing like the pics on their site. Wanting to return the items but after reading these reviews I don't think I'll bother. There should be a return address on the web site instead of having to contact them first, which isn't easy as their site won't let u enter the details required. Extremely disappointed & won't buy or recommend them at all.

I am hoping that I will not have any regret when I receive my merchandise after reading the reviews. I have ordered several items and I am waiting to receive my merchandise or if I receive my merchandise. Has anyone been asked to provide a photo your drivers license and a photo of the front and back of your credit card and or a copy of my passport? I found that to be very strange and I have never experienced that before! Possibly, identity theft! I do not know, that request was very strange to me.

Everything was perfect except for the delivery. My order should have been delivered on the 13th but just got it now. 3 days delayed but it still fine with me. Size is a bit small but manageable. Satisfied first time shopper here.

It was my 4th purchase with Airy and they never fail to impress me. I had to return cause the shoes was a bit small and they have it taken care of within a day. Bikinis are good too.

No response from this company after returning two items With a detailed note Enclosed. I also sent an Australia post delivery number with date and time of delivery .... For proof of return ......No responce No. Refund Would you buy from this company? Never again !!!

Airydress's website advertising is completely misleading. It is clear they they are engaging in deceptive and unfair trading, and are not meeting trading standards. They should be investigated and closed down. Check out review of this company on independent review websites. Many people have had bad experiences of buying shoddy goods from this website. I am so disappointed. The items that I received are cheap rip offs, nothing like the photos on their website. They are poorly constructed, made of vile cheap shiny synthetic fabrics (when Airy had stated they were made of cotton) and have significant flaws. They appear to be "seconds", but are not advertised as such online. The "no worry" return process is an complex admin nightmare, and expensive, as you have to pay for the postage yourself. Is it worth the expense and bother? I don't trust this company to actually refund if I do return them. Furthermore, they think they can reply to negative reviews with their "oh so reasonable" responses in order to look like a company that actually engages in fair trading. Don't be deceived, they are only wanting to to relieve you of your $$ They have no intention of taking full responsibility for the inferior goods they dispatch.

What a totally disappointing experience. Their clothes are cheap and nasty. They lie about the fabric the dresses are made of, eg, say it's cotton when it's actually a thin shiny synthetic I wouldn't want to wear. The dresses all have flaws, - bad stitching, obvious flaws in the printing pattern. The postage they demand is $$$$ - I'm not prepared to pay effectively the same amount as the garments in order to get a refund. I do not recommend Airy and will never use them again. AVOID AIRY!!!

I just received my dress today and was shocked by what I was sent. This dress was not what was pictured and the quality was dime store material. The color was supposed to be grey and it was a pale purple.the back of the dress was not hemmed only cut. There wasn't any cotton lace on the Hem . I will never order from this company again. Fool me once with your bait and switch shame on you, fool me twice and shame on me. Your ancestors are watching your deceptive ways.

I had a very upsetting experience with Airy dress . I placed my order September 21st 2020 it is a $59. 89.. Well they sure did take the money out of my account right away. I have never received the order or my money back. I have written 4 emails to them no response. Now I am tired of going back and forth and I don't play games. I don't want this order not will I ever order from airydress again. If I don't receive my refund immediately I will start the action of opening a claim at the bank and at paypal. For you received payment in full and never sent the product. From all the other reviews that I have read I can see that I am not the only customer that is highly dissatisfied. Today is now 11/08/2020 and I am looking forward to my refund. Not to you sending my email back with no reply. Very dissatisfied customer Dawn M.

I bought 5 winter jumpers in their sale. They were advertised as label brands, with a large discount. I waited 6 weeks for delivery, had to keep contacting them.They blamed Coronovirus, but surely customer service staff could work from home?! When the goods arrived, none of them were labelled, even with washing instructions. Only a size label. They are all made of a very cheap, thin dress-like material, nothing like the photos on their site. They are only suitable for summer, or other seasons with another layer on top. The stitching is badly finished on all 5. They appear to be items that have been produced in a 3rd world factory. I'm afraid to send them back, as the customer service is so bad that I'm worried that I won't get my money returned. I would not recommend this company to anyone. In fact I am going to contact Trading standards about these items.

I was looking for a dress to wear to my daughters yr12 graduation and the picture and description on the website was exactly what I was looking for. How deceptive the advertising was. Although I received the dress within 2 weeks the quality of the fabric was extremely poor. Instead of cotton I got cheap garment lining fabric as the dress. The lace looked cheap and tacky and the sizing was suppose to be for someone size 24/26 but would be lucky to fit someone size 12/14. Was also suppose to be lilac in colour but looks more like dusty pink. Suitable as a nightie not a casual dress.

I was excited to try them on, only to find they are poor quality, not the same fabric in the photo on the website and not the same cutting as the photo on the website. The blue/green dress is supposed to be a body con dress but is not because the size was too big and the material is thin. In the photo is a thick stretchy material for the style of dress to hold. The second item was long sleeve is poorly made - again size too big, the pockets sew on top not like photo and thin material even though the photo shows that it is wooly/knit type material. Third item- white shirt is so big it's like a dress, the material so thin I have to wear another dress underneath and again, wrong material. The material in the photo is thicker so it drapes nicely. I am so upset with the purchase. I spent almost $65 to be disappointed with the clothes. The return process is just as bad. Logged and followed instructions but the page is not found. Went to self-service area under Contact Us, when I tried to submit the captcha doesn't work. Another catch- shipping is at your own expense for returns, so you have to spend even more money. I'm worried that if I send, I might be like others who didn't get their refund back even though tracking said it arrived. Never again. DO NOT TRUST- DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

The items are nothing like the pictures. Totally misleading and so so this honest. Trying to get a refund is nearly impossible and you have to pay to send the item back even though. You have already pay for shipping so it will cost as much as the item itself. A total joke. They should not be allowed to get away with it.

Do not do business with this company. They are the absolute worst. I ordered one item and they sent me something completely unrelated. When I asked to return it they had me jump through all sorts of silly hoops, i.e., taking a full length photo of the wrong item, taking a photo of the bar code, uploading them, sending them a copy of the shipping address. Then I waited another two weeks until they gave me an address to return it. I sent the item back, exactly according to instructions. The item was returned two weeks later, undeliverable. The address was an unoccupied address in California. I never got a refund or any satisfaction. This company is not worth anyone's time and money. I give it zero stars - just had to click one to write this review.

Hi Laura, Regarding to the refund, if you paid with card, the refund will be back into the account which you used to pay for the order within 7-15 working days, depending on the bank processing time. If you paid with your PayPal account directly, the refund will be back into the account which you used to pay immediately once processed, while it will take about 30 days to receive the refund if you paid with a credit card through PayPal, depending on the bank processing time.
