“I have faced very bad experiences with AJIO I was expecting my order to come it before time what they shown but now they delayed to more few days due to shipping. I called on customer care no one picks I mailed too no replies no response very bad. There is no cancellation process also. Worst company ever AJIO never order from here! I want to travel that’s why I ordered from here but they delayed when I’m not in the city.”

“Very bad experience with ajio will never use Ajio ever in my future.. I ordered 18 products in which only in one order👇 I ordered white socks and I received black socks... “I had placed an order in AJIO which was marked delayed and postponed for four times. The courier seemed to have been held up at the local office for more than a week. Perhaps they never sent it or may they lost it. I do not know. But when I am asking to cancel the order and refund the amount they are saying that refund can be done only if product is returned to their original warehouse. How is customer responsible for their pathetic courier partners?. The strangest thing I have ever heard of. I wonder if they are intentionally scamming people”

“I had ordered a problem on 28 dec the delivery date was on 3 jan i had done upi payment the delivery was delayed the product i have not received yet today is 12th jan i tried calling the coustomer care giving a complaint on app they say wait for 2 business days and after that Nothin changes pls dont use this app its a total fraud”

“I have bought tshirt from Ajio and Prepaid for it. And now in application i see that product shows it’s delivered but I have not received it. Even in the package they are telling it should come with the other one. It hasn’t. The package was not tampered which means they did not send only. And now after raising case with them they tell that they check everything is fine from there end and resolved the case. Now my money is wasted and i dont have the tshirt as well which i paid for”

“30 sarees were ordered 21 of them delivered 1 was cancelled , supposed to be received 8 . 1 month 100s of mails been sent with all explanation but only response in all of them delivered as per there investigation. Loss is 5500 rupees . Ajio is very disappointed and fraudulent service”

“Ajio is a big scam. One time they delivered fake Tommy Hilfiger jeans. One more time they delivered wrong Wrangler tshirt and the return process is worse than dealing with a government organization. So guys please stay away from Ajio as much as you can and shop from Myntra or Tata Cliq which are honest apps and true like their respective owners.”
