“Its really frustrating on Ajios customer support and courier services. Never comes in time. The customer support has no answer and they put the phone down. I am not sure why should we put up with this. Ideal thing is not to purchase from Ajio to escape from this chaos and have peace. The customer support and courier service is a recipe of disaster.”

“This app didn't allowed me to return my order There policy says that the returning duration is 15 days but I recieved my order on 5th April and tried to return it at 9th April so they are saying that I returnwindoe has been closed on 8th of April How can they close it in just three days?!! The order I got doesn't match the colour they shown in the picture And the fabric is worst”

“If at all I had an option to give 0 rating i would do so. Worst online shopping app ever I must say. Once the order is placed in few days it starts showing order is delayed then after raising a complaint they simply cancel the order and then say delivery was cancelled by us and then suddenly you see a message saying refund is initiated. Its not the first time am facing this issue. Its happened 3-4 times in my case. Out of the whole order with 8 products only 2 were delivered and rest of it was cancelled on their own.”

“Ajio has changed. Now is in a mess. Wrong product delivered to wrong person. Return procedure is too cumbersome and refund will take more than 15days. Customer has to suffer for mistake of Ajio staff. BOT in customer care does not make life easier. To contact a human in Ajio is a task in itself. Had ordered Tshirts and was delivered with a Kurta. Strange management. Avoidable site now. Disappointed 😞”

“I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent experience with your platform. I placed an order (FN3582605039) for Eid celebrations, and despite being informed of a late delivery date, I was willing to wait since it was still before Eid. However, the issue escalated when I consistently tracked my order and raised concerns through the chat option, which proved to be ineffective. To my shock, I discovered that my shipment was returned without even being dispatched. I feel harassed and let down by Ajio's handling of my order. The experience has been terrible, and I expect a higher level of service, especially considering the time-sensitive nature of my purchase. I urge you to look into this matter and provide a suitable resolution. I hope that you will take necessary steps to prevent such incidents in the future. I wish i had enough time to Sue Ajio.”

“Sent me wrong products and never bothered to exchange it or return it. The customer care never resolves the issue. Tells us to write our issue on email and then never take an action on their email. Worst site to shop from and worst customer service.”

“Disappointed with AJIO’s Products and Service 😔** I’ve been a regular AJIO customer, but my recent experience has left me disappointed. The product I received was of poor quality and didn’t match the description provided on their website. It’s frustrating to invest in something that doesn’t meet basic expectations. To make matters worse, their customer service was unhelpful and slow. Instead of resolving the issue promptly, the process was unnecessarily tedious. This isn’t what customers deserve from a brand they trust.”

“Very poor service delivery from Ajio. I had ordered a product on 28th March, and today is 4th April—yet I still haven't received it. I called customer support three times, and each time they said a complaint has been raised and that they would get back to me by 9th April 2025. The status shows "Out for Delivery," but I haven’t received a single call from any delivery person. It even says "Delivery Attempted but Failed," which is completely false. My office is open from 7 AM to 12 AM, and no one even contacted me. I would highly recommend Flipkart, Myntra, and Amazon instead. Ajio’s delivery experience has been the worst.”

“I am a regular customer of Ajio.Last month I ordered a tee from Ajio which was oversized for me.The return request was generated immediately.After repeated changes in return pick up dates from Ajio's end ,one fine day Ajio cancelled the return pick up without any explanation after more than 20days.After more than 1.5 months and 3 complaints and multiple calls ,the customer care has not resolved the issue.They raise new complaints every time.The convenience fee we pay is definitely not giving any convenience.This has happened a few years back too but later the delivery and pick up issues have been resolved.As I have no way to escalate the level and resolve my issue,I am forced to leave this review.”
