Very poor service, meri ek jecket destination se apne aap adress change karke kidhre hor hi bhej di, 20 days ho gae abhi v nahi mili, help line beka hai, please es site pe bharosa na karo ji šŸ™šŸ™

I had very bad experience within last 2 months. After delivering the product if you raise any exchange or return request then it will more than 15 days....and everytime you connect with support team, you will get the same response. I recommend not to purchase any product with Ajio app now

I have been using steve madden brand and this time i bought a product from Ajio amount of mrp 10k and wd discount 7k.. and i started ripping in 10 days.. after complaining at ajio they hv no policy to take complaints where i have been using the brand and brand always take care of complaintsā€¦its always better to purchase from brand straight.

Very bad experience with AJIO. Lipstick box was empty when delivered and my money was not refunded nor was the lipstick sent. Customer service is bad.

Worst app ever, just because i returned some two orders they have blocked me. I'm unable to place any order. So many times I requested to unblock but they are adamant. Never will i buy from Ajio,

it has the worst delivery system takes and long time to deliver.and if by any chance u want to exchange it takes a lot of time . I just don't understand their logic, I called the company to enquire about my exchange and they took the complaint ,when I asked when can I expect my delivery they were clueless and told me that I will get an update about the complaint in a few days.after 2-3 days I check the app and it just says that my complaint is resolved.but I still didn't get my exchange.so I call them again and they tell me that after 7 days I have to place the exchange again .I just don't understand.i would definitely not recommend this app to anyone.

I have ordered an Armani exchange belt, spent 6500 on it and it turn out the worst quality ever. Buckle has scratches and the box is in pathetic condition.

Ajio is a pathetic app. Wrong delivery commitments, helpline is also very bad they clearly says we canā€™t do anything. I losses 1800 on Ajio due to ajio fault. Please dont go for ajio. I am deleting this app.

I received the product 5 days late. The image showed a green lehenga and what I received was blue in colour. Also it no where mentioned that the product is unstitched, I expected a ready made lehenga. And now that I have initiated a return it will be picked up after 11 days and they additionally apply some convenience fee which they will not be refunding. I do not recommend using ajio for shopping as the product, its description, the delivery and the return is a faulty and troublesome process.

Please beware of the service of ajio they are pathetic and horrible service of their back end refunded my money without my consent after a long period of time so the product which is a gift for someone didn't reached him and the auspicious day I missed to surprise him

This is the worst shopping site I have ever come across, they are running a fraud business. If you opt for a return/exchange, you have to sit for ages. I have had to take multiple work from home just to return the product I had bought which was disgusting. It took them 15 days to send someone to pick up, God knows how long would I be waiting now to get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Never ever go for AJIO

They just keep delaying the delivery. If this is the thing and they are already recieving the large no. of orders, why do they even accept the order and keep it delaying.

Their service is pathetic and customer service sucks. Their representatives are of no use. Email team on the other hand i dont understand why they even have an email team. They donā€™t read the trail mail and ask you to send the pictures of the product to return again. In one email they as to send the pictures and in the next email they ask you to send one more picture. How can their process be changed so quick. Their refund takes forever. Their representatives donā€™t leave any comments when you call them and every time you call them you have to explain everthing which is again very difficult for their employees to understand. When you ask for their supervisor or manager, they are not available. Their CSRs are running the process. You never get a call back from the supervisor if you were promised. I have been waiting to return a product for which i am not able to raise the return since on their website it was showing undelivered. I return a pair of shoes for which i am still waiting for my refund. They make you fool and expect you to do everything. No one is helpful at all. Shame on Ajio and itā€™s customer service representatives. Really disappointed with their attitude. I wish I could rate them in negative but again its of no use. It doesnā€™t really matter to them.

One of the worst shopping experience with this e-commerce facility. Will never recommend this site to anyone. Horrible šŸ˜ž Placed an order on 6th October and its almost 14 days and status showing delayed and absolutely no action taken from customer care.
