The order I have requested for return has not been picked up after 1.5 months packet and tag are intact logded complaint many a times sent pictures also of goods along with code and tags nothing helps Don't ever purchase from this site

Very pathetic service given.. called them multiple times but no refund given and no proper tracking of the product.. So so disappointing experience.

Ajio Why are u operational if u don't have expertise of delivery and customer care option are like dead phone line , U can not raise complaints from the ajio site. No tracking of the products. No info of courier services providing services with proper address and contact no. Customer care take 72hrs and more will th no coordination with email received from customer. Thanks for been so shameful by saying sorry for each conversation.

Everytime a new complaint is raised for the same issue & I am given multiple complaint/inquiry IDs. Why are you incapable of processing a standard operation like a refund which is fairly due to the customers, all the while enjoying your free salary in the name of COVID19. Tons of consumers are raising the same issue. Very very Poor Customer Care Service I had made payment ₹ 2614.1 through Credit Card on 22/07/20 19:15 but order not confirmed and also amount not credited till now (complaint id: COM00011668619 raised on 31/07/2020 along with transaction reference number and credit card statement) If I call ajio customer care team / supervisor, they always told me to wait for 2 more business days I heard the same about 10 times.. I couldn't get any resolution / updation till now..

Got an incorrect size and have been waiting........ for looooooooooooong the shoes to be picked up. This is the poorest customer experience I have ever experienced amongst various retail companies

very bad customer service. My refund was initiated a month back and yet to receive. When queried Ajio customer care asked me to follow up with the bank. That's crazy. How can I follow up for the transaction between Ajio and bank and why should I do that? You don't get any reply on the customer care email apart from the system generated one. Really frustrating. Will not shop again on Ajio.

Worst website to shop. I have had worst experience. Firstly they did not deliver my product for months and when i cancelled it , they did not refund the amount. Cistomer care never picks calls. I have sent several emails to them asking for refund but they do not respond properly. I have been trying really hard to reach customer care executive but in vain. worst site. Plss DONT shop.

Hi ajio,this is regarding my exchange request that you claims to pickup and deliver then I want to tell u neither old item was picked up nor new delivered and tell me one thing if u didn't pickup old products how can u deliver new I am still with old unchanged product your behavior was too bad and services are worst.please consider money is not earned like this if you wanted to be a good company good service provider satisfy customer then because this type of things I have seen first time I want my items to be exchanged asap stop running money looting factory response customer on tym money doesn't comes from plant I am sharing my order id with you kindly consider this assume yourself at our place.return id-#RT20408030order id-#FL016063949

I ordered on 14th August using Google pay, amount is deducted from my account but I am not able to see my order in my order section I already mailed thrice to customer care but I always get computer generated reply... Very bad experience with ajio

Hi this is Vicky Kumar I got debited from my account yesterday now but order didn't recieve from your side ,and still not received any amount in my respective account number ,today midnight will cover up 48 hours .Will you response about my money or not ,need it ok , where is your 48 hours ,48 hours is already gone..ajio online services is very bad and slow ,I will put review in online . ,I WAS ORDERING ONLINE AND I WAS DOING ONLINE PAYMENT BUT PAYMENT GOT DEBITED BUT ORDER DIDNT GET SUCCESSFUL.... online scenario is very very bad ,now still I am waiting my money

So I ordered a baggit sling bag ( on 2nd August), and recieved it without a tag which was not much of an issue until I realised it was of a design that wasn't suitable to my purpose, the design was such that the opening of d bag was three times smaller than the base, which is not what I wanted at all. The photos in the site were hence totally useless. There was no picture with the bag's flap open. I put a request to return it (on the same delivery date), August 9th and then the delivery boy(comes to collect on the very next day) August 10 refuses to take it because it has no tags. No matter how much I tell him I received it without tag obviously he wouldn't agree. I do not blame him ( he is only doing his job) but why was it packed and sent without tags? So should I open the next parcels then and there itself on the delivery point? Seems that is the only right way.

Initially have ordered a track with size 5XL. The size ordered was very loose, so made an exchange for a smaller size 3XL. Got the exchange track, but to my surprise same size of 5XL is sent with the card tag of 3XL. When I called Customer care the response was notnleading to any solution. Have asked to make refund to my bank. They denied saying as per policy it will credited to AJIO wallet. Very unhappy with the services.
