Ajio is getting worst day by day.. I ordered the product still they haven't delivered till now. It's been so many days. And there is no call facilities I tried so many times I can't connected with them.. worst experience 🤬🤬

I ordered a cotton kurta and because i received a defective product with no tags and wrong size i wanted to return the same but the delivery boy refuse to take it back as it had no tag and the ajio customer care is very poor. Similarly it happened to me in a prepared order with myntra. The terribly fail to provide good customer service. Very bad experience.

I purchased around 6-7 T-shirt from Ajit hardly a month back. About 3-4 T-shirts colour got faded and few round colour T-shirts collar got stretched. It is all about quality and the authenticity. I paid huge amount for these TShirts . I called up to customer care no one listing. This is how Ajio is cheating customer.

DELIVERY BOY WAS WORST AND THE BEHAVIOUR TALKING WAS ALSO VERY RUDE MUKESH NAME . THE DELIVERY BOY DIDNT HAD SENSE OF TALKING TO LADIES WAS. ALSO BAD .. DID NOT EXPECTED FROM AJIO WORST DELIVERY BOY AND SERVICE ….

Ajio is providing very bad service, products are not delivered on time, No proper customer care. I used to buy a lot from them ..now I am scared to buy anything from Ajio.. I would highly not recommend Ajio.

Not satisfied with delivery service. They are not customer friendly they are talking very aggressive. My product was supposed to be delivered on April 4, 2024. It has reached at destination facility. They have never reached out via phone or address but they have updated the status as delivery attempted. Although they called on April 13 and didn't talk in poleite way. So that I cancelled my order.

@Ajio..Everything is wrong and worst, useless your returns policy , u just keep adding money , the quality is bad and when we return u don't give platform money 128 rs back , Means even if your quality is worst then for return also we have to pay , Damm,, And the worst part , you do the order cancelation by urself but in that also u don't return the platform fee, mns we order but u canceled but u returning only the product price but not all the tax u levied on it This is the worst platform I have ever seen Really want to ajio to come down in market

This is not a complaint more of a suggestion to not use blue dart for your delivery services. It's been 5 day the product has been received by them. I have still not received it. Every morning they call me to ask my address then they do nothing. Please try to make some changes

They are delaying my order frequently telling false excuses. They have very bad customer service and do not respond to queries. I ordered my package for an event which till now did not get delivered and my event is over. What is the point in getting the product after that. Please do not order from ajio anymore

Ordered a few products but never got them delivered on time, even after reaching out to their representative team. And then got a message that products cannot be delivered and the amount will be refunded. Got the refund . But what’s the point in spending so much time in selecting and ordering items for them to eventually get cancelled. Very disappointed .

Very bad packaging. I was excited to receive new clothes and wear them but they were received in such a bad condition that there is no option but to get them ironed from a shop or probably drycleaning as well. How can the packaging be this bad? Never received such pieces from Myntra or H&M etc.

There is no reply from costumer care,we received a damaged product and we also mailed them 3-4 times it’s been more than 8-9 days and there is still no solution. We have order Steve Madden product and we received used and damaged product. My order id-FN3691501475 Return id. -RT145354167

It is extremely bad, ordered a trolley prepaid, it was supposed to be delivered today d I have a trip tomorrow but last min changed the delivery date, no customer care members know how to proceed except wait,d supervisor available yo speak to. Wat is the use of customer care support if they don't know how to proceed , too bad , extremely disappointed, never using ajio again
