first of all figure out your target audience. I am a single guy who does not need Lingerie nor can I buy it for anyone else. You keep spamming me with offers on Lingerie when I did not sign up for anything is a whole other ball game. Based on the reviews on your page on FB and other sites, your quality is as bad as your spamming. Maybe instead of investing in a marketing and sales team to spam your already dwindling customer base, maybe focus on your quality and stop spamming people. Do you even do a little market research before sending out your spam? Cause you got me motivated to reach out to you like this and making sure it stops.

Ajio is a good platform to shop ..plenty of choice...but customer care is non existent... returns not as simple as in Amazon or Flipkart.., shadow fax , their delivery partner is pathetic

Returning a product is big challenge. I called customer care to schedule the pickup multiple time but pickup team cancel the pickup from their side. Not going to use Ajio anymore. There are other apps available with better service.

Very bad customer service. I lost my money. No return options. they will create fake return attempts. finally you will lose your money. i raised a complaint in consumer court.

Fraud company MRP on product is Rs 700 and they charges Rs 900 also wrong product sent to me with different color...2 hours waiting on customer care...Misbehave on customer care Rudely said we will not accept the return...

Worst experience I ordered from this fraud company they are not accepting my return now they don't have customer care to talk , they simply put AI voice and choose options. I received no worthy clothes

Never order from AJIO. Worst experience I had. MYNTRA is far better than AJIO. If you wanted to return something back, they promise you that the product will be returned on time through messages, but they never come for pick up. So, be aware of these fraudulent activities. MYNTRA is trustworthy not AJIO.

I had raised a request for the cancellation /return of a shirt.The delivery person picked up the product and no refund was received.After raising 2-3 complaints .

Please don’t buy any product or cancel your order if it is delivered by Shadowfax, worst delivery ever. My order FN4835401361 delaying from last 10 days even it is reached in my city.

Worst experience over there.I put request for return from one month but I was not get any response.Now they are not giving revert over mail that I sent to them or not returning my money also.

Very poor site ordered total ten items rs 1500 but don't know what is policy paid 2000 rs with two missing items when complaint continuously customer care ignore After single week when shouted one female from customer care side talk rudely

AJIO had come up witu a new policy to increase their profit margin first they charge heavy cod charges so that people do online payment then they deliver any 1 cheap item in a big but outside the will put details of your order. Later when u will complain they will not reply nor enquire. then one day they will wake up and send you that we have delivered your goods and we are closing the complaint. Fun fact: i opened the package in front of the delivery guy and even have camera recording. they dont trust their delivery guys they dont have a sound sytem to cross check at their warehouse. pathetic service. beware of the scam. dont purchase from such an online platform

It’s a fake site, only frauds happen here and they don’t even admit their faults .. I got some local non branded stuff upon the purchase of superdry shirt . Pathetic experience. Never going to buy from such a site

Ajio is worst in delivering goods on time among it's competitors. I ordered a product on 5-09-23 and was intimated that it would be delivered on 12-09-23. But neither i got the product or any related information regarding it's delay. Nxt day i received a msg that my order's delivery date is extended by two days. When I checked the app regarding update it mentions that due to some reasons the order has been cancelled. Itz almost 10 days since i ordered..my experience with ajio has always been very poor. Myntra , amazon even nykaa nd flipkart are way ahead of Ajio in every department.

I’m so frustrated with Ajio. I ordered 4 products of which I received 2. Instead of the next two, I received one cover with a piece I didn’t order. This didn’t have a tag nor a brand name and when I raised a complaint multiple times , I got the same stupid reply that the back end team says they have shipped both the products that I have ordered. I’m not jobless enough to harass them continuously over this but their response has been terrible and I have lost nearly 3000 rs of my hard earned money. Didn’t expect these cheap tricks from such a massive brand .

Hi, few days back I requested the return of my order, The delivery boy successfully picked up my return and it has passed quality confirmation as well which I got notified via text message. Now the return updates are not reflecting on my Ajio app and I haven't received any refund for the same order. Please let me know by when I will get the refund and also reflect the details on my Ajio app so that I can have a track of that.

This is related to my order number FN5794403798 ordered on 23rd August and delivered on 28th August in which I recieved old and damaged articles from Ajio.Now everyday company is asking for more time when 15 days have already passed.Delivery partners are denying to pickup the products. Inspite of the fact I've shared product opening videos then also I don't get any resolution. Company is totally operating to cheat their customers.They send used articles intentionally and on getting the payment they don't give any response to resolve the issue.

I had generated my return request for order id FN9723400902 for all 7 products. Ajio had notified me that courier will be take away & no one came for picked up. I had registered complaint for so many times, but no one had solved it, everyone is just giving excuse that it would be pick up. Last time i had called on 6th sep, 2019, the customer care employee told me that she is cancelling my return request from there & had to call on ajio customer care on 9th sep & return request would be generated again & it would be pick up after that. Then today I had called on ajio care, Riya employee from customer care told me that now my products won't be return. Even i had told her to get transfer call to senior executive, but she didn't do that. I was suffered so much due to Ajio's service. Everyone is giving just excuses. You can not give proper solution, then don't give return options either. You are wasting people's time & money by doing this. Ajio had cheated me.
