worst customer care boy, never seen at all, him self he tells, no problems can be solved keep the phone he tells, what a customer support Ajio has....

महोदय बहुत ही खेद के साथ अवगत करवाना पड रहा है की आप की रिटर्न सेवा बहुत ही खराब व टालमटोल वाली है। और मेल का जवाब देना भी आप गैर जरूरी समझते है । पिछले 20 दिनों से आपको लगातार रिटर्न के लिए कह रहा हु लेकिन आपकी कोई प्रक्रिया नहीं आ रही है दो वस्तु वापस करनी है लेकिन आपके कोरियर कर्मचारी बार कोड का बहाना बना है। सबसे ज्यादा दुखद तो यह है की आप पुराने कपडें भेज रहे है जो मैले व युज किये हुए है । आप से अनुरोध है ज्लदी ही हमारी सम्स्या का समाधान करें Chandramohanshran Dhoundiyal Mo. 9998724848

they had delivered my order to somebody else. I have asked for verification and to refund my amount. But, nothing has been done. Another order was done in the month of March, but they could not deliver the order due to the lockdown. I could understand, but they should refund the amount . Still, nothing has been done. Very pathetic customer care . They are cheating the customer. Above are regarding order number FL0144262036 and FL0146439573.

Bad experience hidden charges are taken always do the total mistake no refund has done and without prior intimation my order get cancelled

I had ordered 5to 6years of age but received 2to3years.my money got wasted . moreover the length of the products is not mentioned.only wist and chest is mentioned. Length should also be mentioned.

I have placed an order in ajio on June 14th and due to some external factors cancelled few products in the order on the same day. next day i received only partial refund, once after that i tried calling customer care people for the same for which they mentioned that it will take 7 business days to get it reflected and assured me that i will get my money back. waited more than 7 business days and tried calling customer care, they mentioned that it is resolved and all the amount is credited to my account, when i told that it is not getting reflected, they have asked me the statement as proof(i have used my credit card, in which i can get the statement once a month only, so i have mentioned the same then they have agreed for the screen shots , i have shared the screen shot, then once after checking that they have provided me a reference number and asked me to check with the bank. i have tried checking with bank, they told for the reference number that is amount they have initiated and it is reflecting in my account, i have raised a complaint again, then they have share the screen shot where they have transferred partial amount as the proof with me. once after explaining my issue, they have agreed to resolve it by Jul 3rd, i have received an email stating that the remaining refund has been initiated and there was an issue from their end. Again, after waiting for 7 business days , it didn't got reflected in my account and end up raising multiple complaints where there is no use even though. Again end up sharing the pdf format of my statement, today jul 21 when i am asking for the resolution, they are telling me to wait till jul 28th to resolve this issue.. From past 1 and half month one single refund issue is not even handled properly and resolved. I regret placing an order from AJIO and i will never in my life again..

Return products take 1 month still not picked up. They are cancelling return request without any call back. Pathetic service. Not even got call back.

I requested partial return of my order about 20 days before...I got notification that return pickup tried twice..but actually no one came for pickup..neither they called on contact no if they had issue with address ..but they are just replying that send correct address details and phone no...issue will be resolved .but till now nothing done...they can deliver a product to address..but can not pickup same from same address..I don't understand ....apart from that they are giving reason of lockdown for not contacting to customer care..I think every site is working fine now except ajio returing orders

This guy who picked up ph is someone muslim guy .. very bad human .. mujhe mere app store se kuch download karne ko bola when i said why to bola aap bohut sawal puchte hain .. ph rakhiye bore mat kijiye. Pathetic website and pls they r mere fraud people donot get trapped in their words.

Since more than a month they are making a fool of us. I ordered an a line dress for daughter but they delivered a wrong product boys T-shirt to me. After reminding and requesting them for a refund several times they Are fail to do so giving a stupid reason of lockdown. Till date nobody has come for a pickup and also on their application in my account it is showing my issue has been resolved. U are biggest liars pls don’t trust them don’t buy anything from their website.

I have order 5 dresses ajio app. But the quality very very poor. So i decided to return my item. But the return offer the delivery not taken my product, the delivery boy said ur tag number sticker number not same.So we do not take return . But i got the product same stickers and taq so this ajio fault . I will send complain from mail but they did not proper answer. I am very disappointed. I want proper answers and take my return option .
