Sizes tend to sell out quickly after delivery, so if you want to exchange a product you like, you often can’t because the sizes are unavailable, leaving you with only the option to return it.

They have a good variety and good brands on the AJIO luxe section but the delivery times are pathetic. It has been 15 days since I placed an order and they still keep postponing the delivery date. Idk why they chose delhivery as their logistics partner which is the worst logistics company right alongside aramex.

Customer care services are really bad it is sometimes a punishment to make a return.. even u receive an order always after a week or so... slow delivery. Better go to market..

So far it is one of the best app for me. The products i ordered, i recieved it exactly as they advrtise like in size, colour, and quality. The price and quality is reasonable too. But i give only four stars because delivery takes many days.
