“ Cash on Delivery should be an option; it’s frustrating that prepaid orders are often the only choice. Additionally, the limited options for exchanges are a problem. Sizes tend to sell out quickly after delivery, so if you want to exchange a product you like, you often can’t because the sizes are unavailable, leaving you with only the option to return it. ”

Idk why they chose delhivery as their logistics partner which is the worst logistics company right alongside aramex. ”
