“Really bad service from ajio .since 3 months my four courier reverse pick has not done ..last 3 months I'm following them.they will deliver u in a week but when it comes to exchange or pick up..they won't turn up..really pathetic service from ajio..I never evr recommend any one to buy from this website ...”

“Worst application and worst customer service. When you connect to phone support they ask you to email. When you email they never reply with any solution. They block account when you are trying to return any product. Worst experience ever, will never recommend anyone to use this.”

“Ordered two night suit sets.. For one set I got only top and for other I ordered grey but they have sent orange.. Like what is the use of us selecting color when they send whatever they want... Inner package was not sealed and was opened and top inside was wrapped like some old waste cloth.. Not even a basic fold for the top.. Utterly ridiculous👿👎👿👎”

“Worst return and refund. They are looting customers. Never place a prepaid order. They will never return/ exchange and you will never get your money back. It has been more than 2 months and they are not responding to my mails or returning my money. They have not delivered the product also saying some technical issues. Very very disappointing service . This was not expected from reliance retailers. Ambani should shut this company if he is not able to handle.”

“This is the worst business ever. I ordered a jeans and a tshirt and received it without price tags and the tshirt was not what I selected. When I wanted to return/exhange it , the delivery boy said it cannot be delivered as it does not have any price tags. I called the customer care and mailed too but no resolutions at all even they did not replied to the mail . Worst and last order from this site.”

“Bought 2 set of intimacy wear from ajio. the product box was opened and torn. Seemed like the product was used but ajio refused to provide a new replaced product. I would recommend not to buy any product from ajio.”

“Out of 4 garments purchased, 2 items sent were wrong items. There was no exchange option available n we so we returned it. Ajio app has charged delivery charges on wrong items delivered. On contacting the customer care they say that it will be added as points on next purchase. But who will purchase again after experiencing these many issues?.”

“the products and everything is good but when it comes to returning the product it says there is no services of their that is available in hyderabad so i have to self ship it till maharashrta for me to get my refund it seems how much sense does it make? so frustrated with AJIO even though i have been a loyal customer since longggg time. i suggest no one to buy from this app,instead buy the same products from myntra where they will provide better services. if there was a way to give 1/2 or 0 stars i would be doing it.”
