Very worst experience shopping on AJIO.COM, I insists and request the people to never shop with ajio because 1. They never deliver in time 2. They don't allow us to cancel the delayed shipment. 3. I booked the shoe on 5th Aug but the date of delivery changed 4times but not delivered even after 18 days 4. Even after raising the complaint they ask us to wait for one week time to deliver 5. Poor customer care response I suggest the people not to shop on ajio.com it's waste of money, time and loss of patience I wish to give 0 rating in all but option is not there Thank you

Ajio shows different price when product was added to bucket. There is some glitch in the system Please check the price s before otu finalize the order. This looks like a big scam to me. Be careful everyone

Ajio and their pick up partner Shadowfax both are cheaters. They ask to return /exchange the products and then don't take the pick up and just keep sending messages 1st attempt 2nd attempt and then final attempt. People please don't buy any product from Ajio. They are just fooling people by showing offers.

Dont buy from Ajio they have worst return/refund/exchange policy. My sister ordered a Ray ban sunglasses in one size and they delivered small. Even after all the hassle of sharing proofs with original packaging etc. They did not do anything. Worst commercial site to do any sort of shopping. Please avoid shopping from AJIO.you may try Amazon and Myntra,both are not fraudulent and are reliable with best emd user friendly policies.

I have returned some of the products on july 29th but till today they are not been picked up and if i call to customer care they are telling me to wait fr 2 dys if i wait and again after 2 dys if i call them again they are telling me to wait further 2 dys this is going on and no proper response is getting such a shameless company ever seen

Worst App. Even though the product is received in completely damaged condition they will arrange return with QC check required and you will never get your refund even after repeated reminders. They will just go on delaying your refund till you get fed up.

Ordered a t-shirt for my dad. Received the wrong colour and wrong size. When I tried to return it they never picked up the product not did I ever receive a refund. Customer service was worst.

Very bad experience I had with this application. because of this application I lost nearly 2600. 2 year's back it was good but now if we will orde the item in the application we will get used and taired items and if we will return the product we will not get our amount back the ajio customer service also not responding. So please don't download the ajio application don't trust this application.

#AJIO My sister had ordered products worth 11K through Ajio as she was visiting from the US and the products sent to us were all dirty, old clothes and with no tag. The packaging was intact but the products were totally different. When we call Ajio, they claim that the packaging was intact and they cannot refund the money. As soon as the product was received, we sent the pictures of the product to them. I have ordered products from Myntra and Amazon but they are so prompt in their responses. This company is fraud and does not care about customers. So beware that they are here to cheat you. Look at the audacity of the customer service executive. I am attaching the video as well of the conversation my brother in law had with her. Please pass it around to friends and family so that no one is cheated ever again

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE BY AJIO.THEY CONFIRMED AND CHARGED MY CARD. AFTER THAT CANCELLED AND THEN AGAIN CONFIRMED IT.BUT PRODUCT NEVER DELIVERED.THEN I TRIED TO CANCEL AND ASK FOR REFUND.GHAT WAS NEVER ISSUED AT ALL..THESE ARE FRAUDS JUST WANTED TO MAKE MONEY FROM PEOPLE..POOR ..MR.CEO VINEETH NAIR SHOULD TAKE ACTION ELSE THESE AGENTS WILL RUIN HIS BUSINESS..SHAME ON YOU ALL..CHEATERS..

I have purchased three jeans from ajio and used a coupon code while plqcing the order At the time of order there was no where it was written that the product you are ordering is non returnable when you use the coupon Neither it was show at the time pf coupon code apply page Now after the product is delivered they are denying the replacement and return of the product saying that since you used coupon we cannot take the return How come this is justified ? they must inform the customers prior ordering This is pure mis leading First they lure you by displaying huge banner ads of discount and after that duping the customers like this I only want to replace the product as the brand runs oversize for the size I ordered but ajio is not listening I am mailing them again and again but they are denying just giving the reasons that since you used the coupon we cannot take return while ignoring the questing of where it was informed prior.

Worst ajio service I have received till date. I ordered a tshirt brand name Lacoste with a print on it but they delivered the wrong product and now they are denying to accept their fault and they are not even giving me my refund . I think this should not happen again I want to take action regarding my complain as I have already made complain in customer care WORST PERFORMANCE OF AJIO TILL NOW
