About AKRacing Australia:

AKRacing has come a long way since their inception in 2001, where their focus was solely on the production of race car seats. The AKRacing brand was previously known as AK Seat. Fast forward to 2008 and AKRacing now specializes in producing premium and ergonomic gaming and office chairs and equipment.

The AKRacing brand was introduced into the Australian market back in 2015, where they continue to operate out of the leafy green suburb of Kirrawee. AKRacing now has distributors all over the world - America, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Tahiti and Europe, just to name a few.

Something that sets AKRacing apart from their competitors is that they do 100% of their own designs, R&D, product development, testing and quality control. AKRacing highly guarantee their products, as they manufacture every single part, which means that they do not have to source these components from other suppliers, allowing them to ensure the quality is always consistent.

Currently AKRacing Australia offers their chairs in 3 different materials, which feature across 9 different chair series, boasting an impressive range of over 45 different chairs in total.

“STAY AWAY FROM AK RACING. TERRIBLE PRODUCTS/EXPERIENCE. I purchased two AK Racing Max - BOTH rockers broke within the first week. AK Racing customer service was so garbage that they sent me some parts, but not others to fix it. When I advised them of this, they refused to provide the parts needed and actually charged me $50 bucks to get the parts I needed to fix brand new chairs that were broken out of the box! It also took forever to get the parts. Garbage chairs. Garbage customer service. Garbage company.”

“After some shipping issues the chair arrived and so far it is fantastic. The quality is the highest of any chair I have owned and if it's as durable as it feels I will be set for a long time yet. The chair material is a much higher quality than others I have had and I don't expect it to flake like others before it. Recommend”

Here are a few tips to ensure the longevity of your chair: - Cleaning = just warm water and a cloth (DO NOT use leather cleaner or any products with harsh chemicals). - Tighten the screws of the chair every 12 months (but do not overtighten).

“I can't really rate the chair yet as for some unknown reason it bypassed victoria and arrived in Hobart the day after it was scheduled for delivery. I'll get back to you ok the chair if it arrives. Cheers”

“Absolutely the best chair hands down. I'm a bigger woman and finding a comfy chair that supports my weight and hips is impossible. But this chair is perfect and even have room to spare! So comfy and supportive, it's helped a lot with my back pain. It's definitely worth the $499!!! Can never go back”

“I have gotten two chairs from AKRacing before. My first one was the Max Series, and it has been amazing. When I moved I decided to get another, the Overture, and it is amazing. Would recommend, it has been good for my posture.”

“I recently got the california series one in white and used afterpay which is great way to pay off a chair in 4 installments. Anyway i think i've had the chair maybe a month or 2 and don't really see much difference from my last one, My other one was to big and as this was the small range they come out with i thought it might help my back pain and such but it hasn't really i find myself having to move around alot of the time still also the lumbar cushion pushes to far out so your not fully in the chair i find also i think the arm rests should be more inwards just a bit especially for a small person i also would of liked it in fabric as the leather gets hot easily, it's pretty basic but i wish it would of had a bit better support and also lumbar cushion is to thick, Which is a shame unfortunately. But i like they do afterpay as thats easy and it's okay for the price but probably would charge a little less as i don't think this one is worth as much as they are charging is all.”
