“Was looking for a certain product and finding it at a reasonable price was a huge struggle. I managed to get it half the price that I usually pay and £3.99 delivery. That came next day. Fantastic. Will be using this company again.”

“They had Badami mangoes in stock when my usual supplier had run out. They charged way less for shipping and shipped the next day compared to several days, sometimes more than a week, with my other supplier. Will definitely be using them again.”

“I ordered my goods at 9:21 on Tuesday and the knocked on the door at 12:42 on Wednesday 27 hours and we were drop number 53 !!! . absolutely great service and were were informed of progress all the way Eric Bradbrook”

“I have not recieved my package. I rebooked for it to be delivered on 23/6 and they lied and said they called but I was here when they sent an email that they had tried to deliver. I also askedfor it to be delivered at a neigbours. That was not done either. I live in apartments with am imtercom system and no one called. I am not best pleased as I work and took time off today”

“It was my first order with Sabadda and I am happy to say it was a very pleasant one. The vegetables were very fresh and the other branded pantry items were just as expected. I will definitely order again as it takes off the hassle of visiting grocery stores over the weekend!”

Hi Kiran. You should have brought this to our attention immediately instead of raising this in the review. We are available almost 24/7 on website chat, phone (+44 7405 362569) and email (support@sabadda.com). We are a responsive and customer-friendly business. We could have addressed and resolved the issue to your satisfaction. Having said that, we did not receive any negative feedback on methi leaves or okra from other customers whose orders were dispatched on the same day as yours. Methi leaves do wilt fast when kept in open air.

Thank you Anoop. However, we are disappointed with the negative rating. And you don't even have any issues with us. We are averaging around 4.75 and any rating below 5 brings down our average rating making it a negative rating.
