“User friendly website and easy to set up account and order. Conformation and delivery details come quickly and delivery costs are reasonable. Fresh goods l have order have come in good condition and lasted well. My greatest find has been the frozen section - the dosa in particular.”

“Really impressed with the swift response from sabadda venkat. He apologised for what happened and explained me what went wrong at the warehouse and quickly sent me a replacement and they arrived promptly as promised. I'm quite impressed with quality. The way he responded and resolved the issue is truly commendable. I must say it's a Five star service. I would definitely shop again and highly recommend sabadda.”

Hi Venkata. We deeply regret the inconvenience. We appreciate the honest feedback. That box was sent to you by mistake. We are supposed to return all those boxes to supplier as we are not happy with the quality. You should have brought the issue to our notice immediately. We would have sent you the fresh mangoes the very next day. We are a customer friendly and responsive company. The badami mangoes from our new supplier are some of the best in the UK. Please accept our sincere apologies. We will send you a fresh box of badami mangoes for free next week. We have already created a free order for you. You will receive confirmation once it is shipped. We will make sure that such mistakes don't happen in the future. As a startup we are learning everyday to serve you better.

“Very prompt. I had the items on hand on day 2!! I don't think there is anyone else doing this good a job in delivering Indian items in UK. I will order from them again. Just wish they would increase their inventory of items.”

“I looked at several websites for the spices I wanted and Sabadda was the only one that had every thing I wanted in stock. Delivery costs were reasonable and the spices were well packaged when they arrived. I will use again.”

“I found Sabadda's website attractive and easy to navigate. The variety of spices and choice between makers suited me well and large and small quantities were available. The prices seemed lower than other suppliers were offering, in some cases much lower. Delivery was swift. Nothing to dislike, much to admire and the Virgin start-up badge suggests a company striving to be excellent.”
