“I found Sabadda's website attractive and easy to navigate. The variety of spices and choice between makers suited me well and large and small quantities were available. The prices seemed lower than other suppliers were offering, in some cases much lower. Delivery was swift. Nothing to dislike, much to admire and the Virgin start-up badge suggests a company striving to be excellent.”

“Delivery has been arrived by 9 am.. very impressive!! Most of the vegetables were fresh except methi leaves..Unfortunately it was full of worms”

Thank you Nissi. You should have brought the methi leaves issue to our attention immediately. We could have addressed and resolved it in no time. We have not received any complaints from orders we dispatched the same day. Anyway, we have raised a ticket and a member of our customer support will address it shortly.

“It is always difficult to order green vegetables by post as you are uncertain about the quality of veg. First experience is very good. Guwar was slightly older, but well. Ambala were brilliant. Methi was fantastic. Frozen vegetables have arrived in perfect condition. They were well packed. I had order Gits uttappa, but received upma. I brought it to company's attention but I did not get reply. They need to improve customer services. Best thing is that they used ukmail as their carrier. They give one hour time slot for delivery, so you are not hanging around for delivery. I found extensive choice on their web and easy to use. I will send them a second order very soon. I gave second order. Frozen food was well packed. Mistakes of the first order was also corrected. Very happy.”

“It was my first shopping at sabadda. The prices are cheaper compared to other online grocery shops. The delivery charge is reasonable to outer london areas. Prompt delivery. Very good customer services. The quantity of vegetables are good for the price paid. The quality can be improved lit bit more for leafy vegetables. Over all my first experience is good. I am looking forward to shop again . Please add more products like bombay onions, yogurt. more vegtable varities. Snake gourd vegetable. I reason for good rating instead of very good is because the vegetables are not very fresh. In future i am hoping sabadda will improve in freshness of vegetables. definitely the price is cheaper for products and delivery charge.”
