“I like this Bible study for two reasons: it does not require me to use my phone. I don’t want to have to use an app and see the supplemental reading. Having my phone out is a distraction.
The other reason is I read my Bible, not a book that I have purchased from the company. There is power in reading my own Bible.
The only thing I would do differently is I would include some questions in the supplemental pieces to encourage more research into the text.
