“I ordered the Good and Beautiful Bible Study Volume 1 as a Mother's Day gift, but it was received as junk. The pages were all wrong and crumpled, the cover was wrinkled, and the entire book was warped like a banana. The recipient was embarrassed because of the poor quality of the gift. I was embarrassed to send such a horrible gift. I reached out to Alabaster, sent 10+ images, and asked for a replacement but have not received any replacement, even though they said it would be sent and received BEFORE Mother's Day. Horrible quality and horrible service.”
“I communicated with alabaster co before ordering the complete Bible collection twice and I was assured twice after asking that the books included were hardcover books and every book that came in the collection was a softcover book. Great Bibles, bad customer service.”

It’s basically just reading something and then given your thoughts which is not really what I was looking for in the Bible study so anyhow, I’ll keep reading it and see what I think, but I’ll won’t be ordering another one again.”
“This has been a horrible experience. I ordered on Dec. 9th with the promise that my order would be here before Christmas. I didn't receive my order until January 3rd. The highlighters and bookmark had been canceled due to no stock. In addition, they only sent 2 of the 3 books I ordered. I have emailed twice with no response. “I placed a large order (for two different gifts)on December 11 and have received zero communication about my order other than a confirmation they got it. Christmas has come and gone, and I cannot get a hold of anyone at Alabaster to tell me where my order is.”
“Never received my package and took a week to respond back to me in order to figure out what was going on. Only to see that they are resending it and it will be late for Christmas. Also since they are resending it, I didn’t get the accessories I purchased for to begin with due to them being sold out. Just disappointing. Was planning on purchasing more items but this made me change my mind. We will see when I receive this “redelivery”.”
“The books are wonderful but they don't have the ability to send a gift message with a shipment. We bought several for our mother/mother in law and warned her when they came, there would be no gift message but they were from "us". Of course the books got delivered, she didn't know who they were from. It was a huge disappointment all around. If you can't ship properly, then don't. Won't ever order again”
“Very disappointed. Most pictures don’t really tell the story or are of anything relevant. Several blank pages on some. Not at all what I was expecting. Was also expecting them to be a bit larger for price.”
