“I have always thought very Highly of Alabaster Co products because of their unique approach to the new generation on reading Gods word. I’ve bought a few of their scripture books, and loved them. However, upon my recent Purchase of the Bible study, I noticed a trend in the daily readings. Most of them are geared towards Social injustices or Civil rights.
Whereas these subjects are very important and ones that need to be addressed, it seemed off to me that this study used Biblical characters to steer the discussion towards civil rights and Social injustices.
As Christians, it’s very important to take scripture in context and not make it say something it’s not. Especially considering the great momentum Alabaster Co has at reaching and teaching the next generation.”
“I’m honestly very disappointed that communication about my orders happen until I reached out asking why they hadn’t arrived yet. Being proactive about items that aren’t in stock, is important at any time of year, but especially at Christmas. I’m sad that we were able to gift what we intended, because I was told 5 days before Christmas that my orders could not ship as part of my orders was out of stock. That is a business inconvenience. You should reach out to the customer about, not wait for the customer to ask you about.
I asked to ensure that my items arrived by Christmas, and here we are on December 26, and half of my order has still not arrived. It’s very disappointing when I did everything that I needed to get it delivered on time, and your lack of ability to notify people about out of stock items hurt our Christmas experience.
Please work on this in the future. We love your company, and love the product you create, but this definitely hinders my wanting to purchase more.”
“I was excited to purchase these books however they are very over priced for what they are. This book is way smaller than expected. It definitely comes off to be a coffee table sized looking book and it’s not. It’s more like a glorified small magazine.”
“The packaging was really bad but I’m sure that’s from the post office but for the amount I paid for both my sets The Woman set and The Men’s set it honestly wasn’t worth it. I saw on IG an advertisement and I just knew for certain my packaging would be just as nice. I was wrong. Also, the books are soft cover with the exception of The Gospel and the Journal. I’m pretty disappointed over all. Not worth the investment not even on Black Friday when I purchased”
