“I’m honestly very disappointed that communication about my orders happen until I reached out asking why they hadn’t arrived yet. Being proactive about items that aren’t in stock, is important at any time of year, but especially at Christmas. I’m sad that we were able to gift what we intended, because I was told 5 days before Christmas that my orders could not ship as part of my orders was out of stock. That is a business inconvenience. You should reach out to the customer about, not wait for the customer to ask you about.
I asked to ensure that my items arrived by Christmas, and here we are on December 26, and half of my order has still not arrived. It’s very disappointing when I did everything that I needed to get it delivered on time, and your lack of ability to notify people about out of stock items hurt our Christmas experience.
Please work on this in the future. We love your company, and love the product you create, but this definitely hinders my wanting to purchase more.”

“Never received my package and took a week to respond back to me in order to figure out what was going on. Only to see that they are resending it and it will be late for Christmas. Also since they are resending it, I didn’t get the accessories I purchased for to begin with due to them being sold out. Just disappointing. Was planning on purchasing more items but this made me change my mind. We will see when I receive this “redelivery”.”

“The books are wonderful but they don't have the ability to send a gift message with a shipment. We bought several for our mother/mother in law and warned her when they came, there would be no gift message but they were from "us". Of course the books got delivered, she didn't know who they were from. It was a huge disappointment all around. If you can't ship properly, then don't. Won't ever order again”
