“We had a bad three and a half years with these guys. Any problems with the house were either ignored or dealt with at a very slow pace. We had a leak on the roof that came through into the master bedroom. The leak took months to be fixed and the hole which was created in the ceiling of the master bedroom was never dealt with. The property had damp running up corners upstairs and downstairs of the house, it was always worse in winter. The first time we brought this up we were ignored, we bought it up again the following winter two days later we were given notice to leave the property. On leaving the property they then took £550 of our deposit, even tough we cleaned it to a much nicer state than we received it, made a number of improvements to the property over our time there including replacing old dated light fittings with new ones, old raggy blinds for new ones and transformed the garden from a bit of a state to looking really nice. There was no negotiating with them, we were ignored.”

“Rented a property from this unprofessional company. Didn’t reply to emails. Very rude and also quite ignorant. The flat was filthy with severe damp, couldn’t use the garage as the door was broke and had problems with the key as no fob was given. Nothing was done to sort this out in the 5 months I was there. I gladly paid £600 to get out of my contract but then still was told I had to do my own viewings and have the flat professionally cleaned although it was absolutely disgusting when I got in there. They also took money from deposit which they shouldn’t have done. Be aware, I was told not to use this company for rentals but didn’t listen. I wish I had.”
