“I had a custom cover made for my stainless steel dog washing tub which is outdoors. This tub is an odd shape and I was concerned that the custom cover would not fit correctly. I am so pleased that not only did the cover arrive sooner than expected it fits perfect!! It is well constructed, nice zipper with snap, color is great (grey) material good and the price I thought for a custom shape was super reasonable $122.00. My original thought was "well an on line order for a dog grooming tub good luck" but I am so happy!! I did send a picture and specific measurements and it worked!! Highly recommend. Thank you! Now the test will be let's see how well it holds up durability and weather.......”

“First class all the way! We purchased a new patio set that includes a very large, curved sofa. Most companies would not touch it, but Alco was happy to do it. I sent the measurements, and Alco wrote back promptly to say that the measurements did not seem correct. I am so thankful that they did that, instead of just making the covers. I re-measured, and sent the new dimensions. Regine was very helpful and responded immediately to my emails. The covers (sofa, fire pit and end tables) arrived today and I could not be happier. The sofa cover has a zipper in the back to make it easier on and off. The quality of the product, the color options, and the quality of the customer service all exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Alco Covers!”

“I couldn’t give it 0 stars or I would. Absolutely the worse experience buying a product off the internet. Cover shipped 2 months after I ordered it. After waiting 2 months for what was supposed to be a 100% waterproof cover it’s anything but. Leaks like crazy with the least bit of rain. I contacted customer service and after a couple of emails I thought they might make it right. Nope and now they have quit replying to emails. Looks like I’m stuck with a $100 heavy duty cover leaking 100% of the time when I should have bought a cheap $30 cover from somewhere that leaks just as good.”

“We ordered the couch cover and an ottoman cover. The couch cover was delivered in a box wrap in clear wrap. No ottoman cover. I have contacted the company many time on issue and they claim that it was in the same box. IT WAS NOT. I opened the box, there was No other wrapping or filler in box other than clear wrap couch cover. They stopped responding and just repeated themselves. Customer service was horrible and although couch cover fits nicely, I told my neighbors who were also looking for covers to go elsewhere due to service, and that they refuse to make things right.”

“I could not be happier with my L shaped patio bar cover!! It fits perfectly, made from good quality materials for a very reasonable price. The best part is that it arrived in less than 3 weeks! As I add to my patio I will definitely use them again!”

“Even though it took a little longer than normal, my customer outdoor island cover fits perfectly and the quality is far better than any store-bought cover I've purchased in the past. The cover is designed specifically for my island and I was able to factor in the faucet as well. Extremely happy with my purchase and the cost was more than reasonable.”
