“I ordered a custom-sized cover for my patio furniture. The cover fits perfectly and is such high quality. There was in issue where the shipping company delivered to the wrong address, but ALCO quickly made me a replacement and shipped it within a few days. I highly recommend buying from ALCO!”

“This is a great company. They make excellent top quality covers for just about anything you need. Website is easy to order from, I have purchased 13 covers so far from them and completely satisfied with every one. Time of delivery from time of order, confirmation and production is excellent. “Most important to me when ordering online, is it as advertised and Alco meets that criteria. “Trying to find a replacement part for the custom-made cover I purchased. But instead of offering the replacement part, customer service (Gretchen) wanted me to order a new cover. In addition, I'll have to provide the spec for my equipment again in order to place a new order. Horrible service. Definitely not recommending to anyone.”
