“These covers are extremely well made using high quality materials. I've had two custom covers, one for a Daikan AC condensing unit and most recently ad odd shaped outdoor fan. The fit was perfect in both cases and I expect many seasons of use. The are not inexpensive but like anything else you get what you pay for. My only complaint is minor in that CS could do a better job keeping customers updated as the lead times can be 3-4 weeks in some cases and eventually just show up at the door without getting ship notification.”

“After only (one) year the Fire Pit cover that came with the Fire Pit had a tear and leaked water. While the manufacturer offered a new cover (at an exorbitant price) I ordered the NEW cover (with exact size/fitting directions) from ALCOCOVERS. I am very pleased with the sturdy, thick cover and believe it will assure that the Fire Pit will work for years to come..”

“I ordered a custom cover fir my patio fire place and the cover is amazing! It is built with high quality,, waterproof and perfect fit! The cover was delivered on time. “The custom fitting is really nice however the vinyl looks very very cheap. Candidly it looks like someone went to Home Depot purchased tarps and sewed them together.”

“Beware if used in hot Arizona. I just removed mine from first summer season and the heat melted parts of the cover to the skylight which can't be cleaned up. I now need to replace the skylights. Would like to have known about this as a possible concern. I would recommend putting a towel, blanket, whatever to protect the skylight from the cover. Pretty disappointing to have happen.”

“received cover within 7 days once order was confirmed and paid. Cover is of good quality and fit perfectly. Only issue was getting initial quote for custom order, but very smooth process following that. Ordering more of the covers from ALCO.”

“My custom cover arrived packed well. Once I unpacked it the first thing I noticed was the weight and quality of the cover. The color was perfect and the overall build was just what I ordered. Fits perfectly for my unique application. I need four more just like it and will be ordering soon. Also Love the fact I could virtually build it to what shape and size I needed. Other sites limit you in size but not here. Worth the cost for sure. Thank you!”

“Thought I would find a reputable company that specializes in custom skylight covers. When ordering I followed the suggestions on their website. Ordered the very best. Product arrived(never any shipping info)and it was not as advertised so I contacted customer service. They said they would call me back. No call back. Called the next day and spoke with Jed. Jed said their website did not show fastener in each corner of the cover. I asked if he needed me to send him a screenshot or would he like to go on Alcos website while we were on the phone. He went to the page and said "Oh, thats a mistake, I will have to have IT change that". He said that is not the best fastening system for a skylight anyways. I said lets look again at your website and lo and behold, the fastening system I chose say "Best for wind". His response was I will have to notify IT and have that changed. So I asked if they would refund my money or remake the cover. He said he or the production manager would get back to me. After a week of no call or email i sent another email. Jed emailed me back and offered a 20% refund if I keep the cover. I replied that I would either like a full refund or the cover remade properly. No response. It has been a month now and my skylight cover is held on with a ratchet strap. If you are looking for quality work or decent customer service, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ALCO. All of this over a $70 skylight cover.”

“I needed a cover for a custom outdoor kitchen. After submitting a picture and the measurements requested I received the cover that was heavy duty and fit perfectly. Slight delay on receiving the cover, not a problem.”

“I ordered a custom made cover for our umbrella base that would allow you to take on and off without removing the umbrella. The process was very easy, and even though it was not a very large order they very responsive and helpful. I got the new cover within a week and it fits and looks great. Price was reasonable and the cover has a five year warranty.”

“I custom ordered a custom cover for my Mig Welder with a cart, I was so pleased when installed it on the welder that it fit like a glove. The workmanship was excellent and so was the material that they used. I am one happy customer!”
