“We recently purchased a large custom cover from ALCO Custom Covers and we absolutely love it. We have messed with tarps and straps to cover our freight container for years and the ALCO cover saves us a ton of time....we drop the cover on, zip it up, cinch the built in bottom straps and hit the road. Wish we'd have found out about ALCO a LONG time ago. Great quality and looks amazing.”

“It took week's to get our cover made. I send measurement's after measurements The cover arrived and it did not fit right around our tall faucet. The faucet pulls the 2 burner cover to the right so it doesn't fit. I know custom covers are not refundable...lesson learned. Customer service was great during the process.”

“I am so happy with my ALCO covers! I invested a lot of money to buy some new outdoor furniture and a propane fire table this summer. As the end of summer neared I began to worry about keeping it safe so I ordered covers for all the pieces. They fit perfectly, keep my furniture protected, and came just in time before the rains. “I have ordered 3 different custom covers from Alco and their products are absolutely precision perfect and made to last. Their customer service is so excellent and always available for questions and worries. I have asked them to make covers for some strangely shaped items and they have never let me down. “We ordered the couch cover and an ottoman cover. The couch cover was delivered in a box wrapped in clear wrap. No ottoman cover. It took some time and many calls and emails over a few weeks but the ottoman cover was shipped and fits very nicely. The covers are very well made and seem very durable. The slow response on customer service is the only complaint. The issue was finally resolved to my satisfaction.”

“Really appreciate Alco Covers. Excellent quality and workmanship. I especially was impressed with the help on measuring our furniture. I made an error, and the fabricating team emailed me with the alert to double check the measurement that did not make sense to them. Sure enough, I misunderstood one of the measurement requirements. Fabricating error averted! The quality & workmanship are excellent and the fit is perfect! Now our outdoor furniture set is ready for Colorado mountain winter winds.”

“I ordered a relatively unusual cover for our fire pit because I only wanted to protect the top, not the sides. I was concerned that they might have a problem doing it correctly. Fortunately it was delivered promptly and exactly as I requested.”

“Our cover for our new, quite large outdoor sectional seating turned out perfectly! The fit is great and we had a few days of summer rain already and it passed the test....no leaks! The cover seems well made and durable; it will probably outlast the furniture! We purchased an outdoor storage bin to store the cover when not in use, which I recommend since the covers don't fold up small. We are very pleased with our Alco Cover and happy we found alcocovers.com online!”

“The custom cover we received for our fire pit is fantastic. It's worth the money and is much better quality than a cover I could've bought premade off Amazon or at a brick and mortar store. It fits snugly around our pit and metal lid with enough slope so that water doesn't pool around the top. I was very happy with the communication and shipping time, especially considering the current pandemic. We have had the cover for awhile now and it has been through a lot of rain and wind and it's performed well.”

“Company failed to deliver stool cover. Said it was in box with rest of order. Nope, it was not there. Ordered the covers in June and now it is almost Oct and still no stool cover. Company is poorl in customer service. Called my credit company to report the situation. They are handling it now. Hopefully now Alco will come thru with the cover. I will consider changing rating if they follow through on delivery.”

You charged this entire order back with your CC company including the covers that your received and we sent you a replacement for the missing cover. “I called them, they asked for detailed pictures and measurements. I ordered cover for our fire pit and within 10 days I had my cover. The cover fits perfectly and looks amazing. The quality it awesome. Working with the employees was easy, painless and a pleasure. Highly recommend ALCO. Thanks all!”
