“I recently purchased a custom sized cover from my outdoor bar cabinet. Everything about the product including the quality of material and craftsmanship, the color and the fit were excellent. “I am so impressed with both the customer service and the quality of my Pizza oven cover. The team at Alco Covers contacted me to ensure I provided all the right measurements and double checked everything to ensure the product would fit perfectly. “Since I had to move my business outside this year, I had alco make covers for my Pilates equipment. The covers fit great and are so durable. They will protect my equipment through the wind, rain and snow this winter. So happy with them!”

“Ordered a curved L-shaped cover. I have to say I was disappointed when it arrived because it was made inside-out. ALCO requested a few pictures to confirm their mistake, then remade it with no additional issues. Jeb was great to work. He addressed all my concerns immediately. I love the new cover, it fits perfect! I definitely recommend ALCO.”

“We had a non-conventional shaped sectional outdoor sofa. Followed all online directions for measuring, added several additional photos with even more measurements. They nailed it, cover fits perfectly. High quality construction, I am sure it will last us a while!”

Customer support and communication is top knotch as well. They are just as if not more focused on their covers fitting correctly that the customer. “I ordered a large tool box cover and dealt with Monica who was excellent in understanding the measurements that I had requested. I received the cover which was of heavy duty material and exactly as ordered. The price was excellent and shipping was speedy and I would have no issues in ordering from these folks in the future.
