“I couldn’t keep rodents out of my BBQ . I had a six sided zipped cover made and it works great. This cover is made extremely well , fits perfect and is completely water proof. This company was a pleasure to work with from ordering to delivery. Very satisfied with this product.”

“I had a custom cover made for my small 8'x5' V-nosed enclosed cargo trailer. The cover fit absolutely perfect! The 18 oz vinyl is heavy-duty and waterproof which should hold up well in Michigan winters. Could not be happier!”

“The first order was not as expected. The color was wrong and the drawstring did not work as well as I was hoping for my BBQ table. I was disappointed. I called Jed at Customer Service hoping I wouldn’t get a lot of push back. Surprisingly, he wanted to make it right. We got the measurements adjusted, the color changed and he suggested a lighter weight for the cover since the weather is not as harsh in Virginia and thought a center slit instead of a drawstring would serve me better for my BBQ table. He even told me to keep the original cover instead of sending it back and thought maybe I would find another purpose for it. They didn’t charge me for the new cover either and that one turned out to be just what I wanted. I was so relieved that this company admitted that they had made a mistake and was able to fix the problem at no charge to me. I will do business with you folks again when I need a custom cover for sure. Thank you.”

“Overall, a great experience. The customer service was excellent and communication with them and their manufacturing group seemed to be very effective. The process of getting the exact measurements was a back-and-forth process that ended up getting the measurement correct. If you need a custom patio grill/smoker cover, I encourage you to consider including Alco in your evaluation of companies to work with.”

“Customization options are perfect. I have a terra cotta chiminia with a-typical dimensions. It must be covered during Colorado winters. Alcove is the only brand that has what I needed. Also fabric options. Perfect.”

“Small job. Requested a cover for a small cargo trailer. Spoke to a rep and provided great advice on material for the environment. Ordered based upon their recommendation. Received cover and was almost perfect. Contacted them and they immediately corrected the concern. Excellent folks to deal with and a great product.”

“I ordered from this company under the impression my 2 safe covers would be made at their manufactory office. USA. I placed an order in August and I am still waiting on my order. The first time (6 weeks later) I followed up I was told it was in production. I called 10 days later and I was told it was in transit. I sent another email to get the tracking info. Come to find out my safe covers are being shipped from China. Had I of known this I would of ordered directly from WISH. I could of saved a bunch of money.This explains the reason for the delay in receiving. I hope my safe covers are satisfactory as these reviews say their product is. At this point I am already disappointed.”

“The toolbox cover was made to specifications and fits very well. Durable material, easy on, easy off. Very worth the price. There was a slight delay in regards to receiving the item; unbeknownst o me the cover was being shipped from another country… the packaging perhaps suggested an item that was deemed a security risk. As a result, the package eventually did arrive albeit with numerous government safety stickers adhered to it. The package was a hit with all the older tenants in my building; they thought that perhaps I was an international Man of Intrigue.”

“I had three issues with the custom cover: - The zipper was broken on the pouch that the cover arrived in. I had to cut the pouch open. - The measurements provided should have left a hole for the spigot. - The Velcro opening should have been in the front (rather than the back) to allow easy access to change the filter cartridges. I called the company prior to ordering because I was concerned that the cover wouldn't be supported properly since the water filtration system is attached to a wall. I was told that this was done all the time and not to worry about it. I also explained that there is a water spigot on the front of the water softener that I needed to be able to access. The measurements I provided left space for that opening. I assumed the Velcro opening would be in the front. The website indicated that the Velcro would allow for easy opening. I have to change the water filter periodically. Because there is no opening in the front, I have to remove the cover completely to change the water filter. I provided detailed pictures with measurements. I asked the representative to contact me if there were any questions, The cover arrived and couldn't be used properly since there is no hole for the water spigot and the Velcro opening is in the back against the wall. I emailed the company and was told that this was all my fault. My emails asking if there was anything they could do to help me were ignored. My friend bought the same water filtration unit and planned to purchase a cover from ALCO covers. I have advised him to purchase the cover from another company. Since the water filtration system with cover had to be approved by my HOA, I have provided the HOA my required review advising them not to recommend this company to any resident for any type of covers.”

“We purchased a custom sized heavy duty cover for our outdoor fire pit. It very quickly and fit perfectly. It has been thru some very bad weather during the past three seasons and has held up extremely well. I'm really impressed with the quality and reasonable price. I would certainly buy this product again if/when my current cover wears out.”
