“I was a bit dubious but having read other review websites excellent reviews, I thought I would give it a try with a small deposit. Excellent customer service. Easy to use online and safe/secure. Great range of products. Easy and very quick to transfer money in and out. Very happy with this bank.”

“I tried to withdraw my funds and they told me to do my KYC verification. After that was completed they asked for a 20% withdrawal fee, I paid that and was still denied withdrawal. And they asked me for more. It's frustrating, a friend of mine referred me to a recovery team.... ULTIMATE RECOVERY FIRM , But I thought I’ve got nothing to lose. So I gave them a try and to my surprise, they were able to get my funds back into my account within 24 hours. Online trading is too hectic and filled with scammers. “I am open to share my experience with bitcoin investment and losing money to scammers. However, yes it is possible to recover your stolen bitcoins. I never believed in bitcoin recovery because I was made to understand that it was not possible. However, sometime in October I fell for a forex scam which promised overly high returns and I ended up losing close to $70,000. I searched for a month for help until I finally came across an article on reddit in regards to recovering stolen cryptocurrency so I reached out to him at [CONTACTZATTECHRECOVERY AT GMAIL COM.] I was so scared and skeptical because I have heard of bad experiences but I decided to give them a try and to my greatest surprise I was able to get all my stolen bitcoins recovered from the scammers within a very short time frame. “Have banked with for many years. Excellent customer service and competitive savings interest rates. Any and all assistance required has been first class including very polite and able staff. The only thing I would like to see change is when withdrawing any amount it should be allowed to transfer to any selected account not just an original nominated account.”

“I applied for a fixed rate Isa on the 23 Nov by sending in a copy of my bank account for verification. I have not heard one word from them, and after phoning day after day and waiting a minimum of 30 minutes each day and 1 hour for 1 day, I have not been able to make any contact and I still haven't heard from them and now it is the 6th Dec so I have past the depositing time for the account to be set up. What a waste of time. Terry M”

“Have to say I was nervous of opening an account on line with a bank I had never heard of that has had such mixed reviews but hand in heart it has gone really well. I’ve easily and quickly transferred my ISA that was earning nothing into a high interest account. All my paperwork has come through. I can access my online account and I’m happy. Weird not talking to a human being though. This has been a real leap of faith.”

“Have had various types of savings accounts. All with no problems whatsoever. As long as I don't exceed the agreed parameters, and stick to the rules and regulations and terms, everything is/has been exactly as stated at the time of the original agreement. Transfers of monies has always been easy. Rates go up and down (unless you opt for a fixed rate/term account) as with all banks and they are no different to any other bank there. They make money from collating and handling our money and the system fluctuates, according to the markets. It's a simple process! You ask, they offer, you read it fully, and then accept or refuse. Only after that, if they fail to meet their side of the bargain, do you have a right to complain and then do it directly with Aldermore. Not on some public forum which is yet another bitching site. I can't understand all the bleating and one sided stories on these reviews. We all have the option to go back to a face to face with a bank official and not bother with online banks at all.”

“Can’t believe me and my partner got a mortgage. Me and my partner had some financial difficulties a few years ago and we didn’t think we would be accepted especially when reading all the awful reviews and our low 5% deposit. it did take a bit longer than normal about 3-4months altogether they did ask for different information and more payslips. We had a fab mortgage advisor Mike and he sorted everything out with Aldermore. So don’t believe all the reviews there is hope for others.”

“Have had no problems with opening accounts or transferring money with Aldermore since I first opened an account several years ago. They have provided great communication and best of all their interest rates are so much better than those being offered by leading banks and building societies.”

“Wonderful news, whether they read my review regarding customer loyalty I don't know, but we were contacted by Aldermore Bank ( I called them back as you should for security reasons) and received an apology and opened the account at the original rate. Well done, and thank you Aldermore”
