me and my wife have used aldi curbside pick up 20 or 30 times and every.. single.. time.. they cancelled our order and got nasty with us when we questioned why. they have been so rude every single time for no reason at all and cancelled our pick up every single time. we tried to order the pick up order at multiple locations in our area and have been met by the same result. they are always way understaffed and the staff is over worked and it causes them to all be very rude and hateful at every locatiom we visited. we have tried to get ahold of corporate to complain and have found no way to contact anyone either. the entire thing is insane. the lines in the store are always crazy too due to lack of staff. their prices are low because they underpay their staff and keep their stores understaffed. its a sweatshop atmosphere with little in the way of proper service. everyone we know who tried to use their curbside pickup had their orders cancelled as well. i do not recommend their services or stores. it has been nothing but issues. when they cancel your order it takes days to get your refund. it has held us up from getting groceries for us and our kids on numerous occasions. and as i said on top of it we were polite in asking why this happened and were met with rudeness and were told to order our food somewhere else. i couldnt believe it. they even got nasty with my teenage daughter when she went to pick up our order. they got nasty with a teenage child. this is aldis

I love aldi the best prices the best quality items stores are always clean and cashiers friendly all the workers are awesome the store is well organized I love shopping here and always recommend to everyone

Second time I had to go into the store to get my pick up order. That was just this morning. Manager said she does not know why my phone is going to instacart. Tell me I had to figure it out with them. Not happy with that answer. Especially from a manager. Can't take me of you want anymore of the story

I had a very unpleasant experience at the Aldi in Silver Spring, MD 20904 because of the cashier named John. He had no patience with customers and made me feel rushed and uncomfortable while checking out. Customer service is extremely important, and unfortunately his attitude was very poor. If someone does not enjoy working with people, they should not be in a cashier position. A job dealing with customers requires patience, kindness, and professionalism, and that was completely missing during my visit.

Every time you go to all these the radar product or they change it to another product and raise the price. Just like ground up chicken was Purdue, and now it is Tyson's and raise a 30 cents sorry I'm all done shopping at Aldi

You need a better queuing system for self checkout. Customers are lining up down shopping aisles and other customers can't get through. I got disgusted and left. Your prices are good, but not good enough to endure the unpleasantness of a poorly organized store.

Made trip to my first experience at Aldi. I ask for an electric cart for the handicapped and was told they only have one and it was in use. I left.

Went to new Aldi on BeeRidge Rd in Sarasota today. Nice store, pretty good selection and as always great prices. But, what a grumpy cashier. Not only do they rush you through the line even though the store was empty, but absolutely no personal communication, terrible customer service. I tried contacting the Co. Survey not working. So I gave up.

After 2 tries came to conclusio its a sh.. hole.1 step above a convenience store.Save a Lot has them beat on their worst day.All food i looked at is gmo,meat comes from somewhere else no butcher,produce is green not ripe or ready to eat.Just sad they close a winn dixie and open a store 1/4 the size offer off brand poisionous food and expect people to be happy.A true dump at best.Good job Aldi you suck.

Four times now, I waited 20 minutes plus. One in particular was your software was having problems. So I waited 20 min. The app kept saying "5 minutes ". So. I went inside. Only to find out they never got our order. So now I look like a fool. What irked me is the app said otherwise. The pick up curb side program is in need of a serious revamp. Another time, they totally forgot all the frozen goods. 35 dollars worth. Of course there is no real way to get a hold of somebody. I suggest folks don't use Aldi for curbside pickup. While I'm writing, I should mention that the cashiers are very rude. Especially if your confused about the check out process.

Just found out the 12 cents bags that they charge you for are taxable, so you're paying you're actually pay 12.833333333 per bag. It's ridiculous that you have to pay for bags to begin with.But for them, to be taxable on top of it is even more ridiculous. I'm sure it's not just ALDI, but I will definitely be looking into other stores and this unscrupulous practice.

The produce is good but watch out for this one product. It's all breading just a waste of money because there's nothing in between tortellini. There's no cheese in between the breading and I bought this product twice. My Google review would not let me upload my pictures. I said try again later or contact support, but I don't got time for all that. I never had a problem uploading pictures.

Received the sale ad on Wednesday noticed they had prime rib and fillet on sale went to the store 15 minutes prior to opening waited in line in the rain. First one in the store went to the meat counter. Nothing no products the girl that was stuck in the shelves said nothing came in Other people behind me start questioning also why would they publish a sale when they do not have the product people behind me were very upset kept asking the sales clerk where the product is. She started to get very upset and said if anybody asks her one more time she’s leaving All these has gone downhill. I will not shop there anymore. Their prices have gone up, plus the harassment that you have to take is not worth it. Keep your sales and keep your store. I will never shop there again.

I highly recmmend "Happy Farms Nonfat Greek Yogurt" Walmart brand does not come close to the quality of Aldi's.

Please do not go to Aldis for their $40 Thanksgiving special. They were out of turkeys, green beans, Hawaiian sweet rolls, poultry seasoning and pie shells. All of these were listed for the special. The store charged us $36 anyway and didn't offer to switch out the turkey for a ham or other items. Now, you tell me why we had to pay $36 without even a meat for our meal? This store was located at 2440 W Illinois, Dallas, Texas 75233

I always visit the Aldi's store at 905 Meacham Rd. Elk Grove Village, IL and have never had a bad experience until today (11/25/25 @ 5:15 pm) I was in self check out and this extremely rude White male named Timothy continued to rudely interrupt me as I was ringing up my purchases. He never once said excuse me or pardon me.. He has no customer service skills or manners what so ever. He accused me of not ringing up my ham and it was clearly rung up. The way he charged over at me looking through my bags and purchases as if he was unstable or off his meds. He never even apologized. I continued to pay for my purchases but once outside I thought about it and kindly went back in the store as requested a refund. A manager came out by the name of Estanfany and kindly gave me a refund. Timothy needs a course on professionalism, courtesy and how to provide exceptional service. I will no longer shop at Aldi's in Elk Grove. Thank you
