Ordered a Bistro set on the 19th May. Told it would be delivered on the 30th May. Received an e mail on the 26th May to say they were refunding the money. No explanation. This was fir my daughters birthday. She is very disappointed and angry as I am. I will never buy from ALDI again. Disgraceful attitude and customer service. Shame on you ALDI.

The egg custards are awful, pastry was soggy & tasted bland, yes they are cheap but not worth the price, and would prefer to spend extra money for some nice food, we threw them in the bin! Love Aldi but get rid of them 🤢

TO ANYONE OUT THERE PLEASE DONT EVER BUY FROM ALDI ON LINE I wouldnt even give ALDI 1 star. I ordered a garden table/chairs set for ny daughter, 6 weeks ago. I got a lot of e/mails saying it was on schedule for delivery. Then said it would be delivered on time. Then another e/mail to say it had been re directed. Think it must have been deliverd to the moon. UNFORTfor me, I had never looked at the reviews on line. Called their african call centre/cancelled order and 6 weeks on still waiting for a refund. I was forced to call the investigation team at my bank who are kindly looking into it/will sort this issue out for me. If you want lots of grief/want to wait months for your delivery/get lies about your delivery dates/wait months to try to get your money back/make countless calls. Then Aldi is the on line hassle shopping for you.

I ordered a small greenhouse on line and was told 2- 7 days for delivery that order date was on April 30th 2023 arrived May 9th 2023. On opening the damaged box that was taped up again found that there was no fittings in the box to put it together so rang the help line and spoke to a German lady who told me to ring Aldi Customer service. Rang customer service what a waste of time could hardly understand what he was saying after explaining the situation he was not helpful at all saying I had to ring the help line I said I had already spoke to them and told him I had to ring them he said he could not do anything and it was out of stock I told him I wanted to talk to a supervisor or manager and was told one would ring me between four and five hours STILL WAITING It’s as though ALDI want to sell you items and quick at taking your money then that’s it as far as they are concerned Got a greenhouse no fitting like buying a jigsaw with pieces missing What a waste of money MY ADVICE ANYONE BUYING ONLINE FROM ALIDS DONT BUY

Aldi Hilton is the worst one I’ve been… Aldi Hilton is the worst one I’ve been in for customer service. I went yesterday 6/5/2023 in the afternoon and there was only one checkout open with people queuing and the lady on the checkout had her son with her just got up and went and said that someone would be out in a few minutes to take over. Eventually she came out and was talking to one of her friends not even bothered about the customers and by this time a good queue had built up so she asked for another till to open up all the time talking to her friend about the night before and had she woken up this morning. Her customer service was terrible and just kept on talking to her friend while scanning the shopping

Bad customer service, was spoken down to by a checkout girl I told her I didn't like the way,I was being treated or spoken to in front of a queue of customers.I complained to customer services, and they apologised.I went in to Aldi ,Hexham this evening and was told by a manager I was barred pending investigation as I was abusive to a member of staff. He was very rude,so I left the store.Absolutely disgusting to treat customers in that manner,I won't be returning and I was a regular.

Why have Aldi changed the beans ? The ones they are selling now are not nice they leave a weird after taste ...no variety in plant based veggie food ...just two brands.. both of which I don't like ...I love Aldi and disappointed they have switched the beans

The local Wootton Bassett store now demands to see inside any bags that you bring into store. Apparently this is now Aldi policy. Presumably they now think all their customers are thieves. I am now going to shop at a supermarket that assumes their customers are basically honest.

I tried finding a product replacement part for an item that I bought a while back. I know it is not covered by warranty, which is fine. I understand that I have had it quite a while. I only wanted to get an item that WE lost. I tried online to find the product and replacement parts. Could not! I understand it has been a while, but, could not find any information to help me with my question. I ended up calling customer service and after a while waiting, I was told to go on line and request a warranty replacement. After numerous times of telling the rep that I wanted to purchase the replacement part, if it was it was still available, he told me how to go online and to see if the part was still available!!!! After I told him that I had already done that, he said I could call the store manager where I bought the item. Thus "Customer SERVICE " SUCKS!!!

I am really disappointed with Aldis on line shopping experience so far, I ordered a power washer which was die to be delivered on a specific date. Received an email to tell me it had been returned to warehouse, further enquiries made via customer services money offered has no product available. I have also ordered furniture due to be delivered following day took day off work. No emails regarding this no explanation given. I will be very surprised if it arrives, aldi shop assistant informs me that this is a regular occurrence as they sell too many and can't fulfil demand. Let's see how long it takes to return my money. Really poor show

Wish I had read the reviews on Trust Pilot before I ordered online. Ordered a bistro set on 31st March. Was told delivery would be by 12th April via XPD. Downloaded XPD app as kept getting emails from Aldi saying my parcel hasn’t been scanned and they would look into it. It appears that today (12th April), my parcel still hasn’t been collected by the carrier. I rang customer services (based in South Africa), and they don’t know what’s happened to it either. They messaged carrier and warehouse but I was told it would be 72 hours before they had an update. So far Aldi have had my money nearly 2 weeks and no goods and no prospect of any in immediate future. No idea where they are and a refund will take days more. I don’t actually want a refund, I want the goods I ordered, but at the moment, Aldi have my money and the goods and no one can tell me what’s going on. Nice way to earn money Aldi. Sell something, take money, don’t deliver and then hang on to money for weeks. This can not be right. It will be interesting to see what trading standards have to say. Oh and don’t ring the 0903 number they advertise for customer services. It’s one of those horrendously expensive numbers. With EE, It’s £6 just to connect then a ridiculous amount per minute This is the free number 0800 042 0800 Absolutely disgraceful service. Aldi, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Aldi Yeovil is a real pleasure to shop at. The staff on the floor are happy interactive individuals and always have smiles on their faces. It’s not too much to have a quick chat on till which is what is missing in shops today. The personal approach. The shop is tidy, organised with a variety of interesting items frequently. Staff have always been friendly and happy to help even though they look very busy. I haven’t seen a shop where it’s so work busy so hats off to them all. I can not fault the youngsters here at all they are a credit to the store. It is their attitude that has me and my husband returning regularly. Only fault with shop is the price rise of some items which has jumped significantly, not a slow rise which we could cope with but a high rise which has made us swap items we would normally buy for other things. I think this is across every shop though. Definitely our favourite shop so well done people.

Went to the shop at the Stow in Harlow to change normal nappy to pull up nappy. At the entrance, I spoken to a male staff who said it cannot be exchanged without the receipt. I went to my car to put the nappies at the boot to return back to the shop to buy fruit. I was approached by a staff and a security man to demand receipt. While trying to explain the situation to them, the manage at the store who I believe is Eastern European origin just jumped in the conversation and said loudly that, her staff can demand for receipt of purchase at anytime making everyone at the car park looking at me. I walked with them to the male staff I enquired about exchanged from who confirmed I walked into the store with the trolley with the nappies inside. I have never felt humiliated in my life before this incident and I believe this was because of my race. I wanted to complain to the manager and to my surprise it was this rude and loud lady. While trying to express my disappointment, the manager who I believe does have good customer relations asked me if I want to talk to her as an adult. I just couldn’t waste my time talking to her and took the number for customer service to make complain. The customer service agent was very understanding

Aldi food quality has diminished. We throw most of the the fruit and vegetables in the bin as they are not fit for human consumption Aldi sell by dates are only valid for approximately 3 days which is not convenient when you shop on a weekly bases We have shopped at Aldi for seven years and were great fans of Aldi at the start but now as the food quality as gone down we will no longer be shopping at Aldi and will return to our original supper mark store Yours most disappointed Andrew.

Disgusting price rises . Fastest at 19% inflation compared to other supermarkets. Aldi isn't cheap it's up there with the rest. They will still make record profits.
